CREAM Ingredients: UHT milk - 240ml Condensed milk - 400g Bella Vanilla PURE FLAVOR flavoring paste ― 5g Egg yolks - 80g Wheat flour - 10g Corn Starch ― 10g Whipped cream - 400g Corn or milk biscuit ― 60g (to decorate) Preparation mode: 1 ― In a saucepan over medium heat, add the milk, condensed milk and vanilla flavoring paste and stir until it boils. 2 ― In a bowl, beat the yolks with a fouet until the mixture is fluffy and pale.
