Saw this claimed on Twitter, so I checked it myself. On the initial try, ChatGPT would write a positive poem about Joe Biden but not about Donald Trump. It would not write a negative poem about either. With some questions and statements, I finally got it to write a positive poem about Donald Trump. When I first did this in another session, it would write negative about Trump but not about Biden. It ended up refusing to write a negative prompt about either.
