How to build strong bones | The importance of weight bearing exercise

Today I explain one of the main ways you can put this into practice and that is through weight bearing exercise. This is a hugely important part of looking after your bones and can prevent bone issues later in life.

Strong Bones, Strong You - Why you need to look after your bones
Bone health tends to fly under the radar when it comes to health priorities. That may be because when the time in life when bone issues appear are usually in our older years. But what we need to be aware of is that the foundations are build years before this, in our younger years.
