GTA IV Theme Song - The Soviet Connection
Soviet Connection is the theme song and introductory music for Grand Theft Auto IV.
It is composed by Michael Hunter, who also composed the theme song for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The full music is available on the Special Edition Soundtrack CD, making it one of only four Grand Theft Auto themes to be officially released to date (the other three being "Theme from Vice City", "Theme from San Andreas" and "Welcome to Los Santos").
One of the potential jingles on GTA IV's version of the Mr. Tasty uses the melody of the song.
It is also used as the "Liberty City" horn in Grand Theft Auto Online, which was added as part of the GTA Online: Lowriders update.
Turbo Boost, a song in the arcade game series, Race and Chase, is based on this song.

The music also later appeared as a full-length track on the Welcome to Los Santos album released by Oh No and various other related artists working in collaboration for Rockstar Games, which also featured a variety of songs from The Lab.
