1. Brown meat. 2. Layer noodles, cheese, sauce, onions, oregano, and basil. 3. Simmer until the upper noodles are cooked 4. Let it cool down and congeal a bit so it sticks together.

1. Brown chicken, then chop and set aside. 2. Saute onion and garlic. 3. Saute rice (arborio or at least short grain) 4. Add stock/broth a little at a time. 5. Put chicken back in and cheese.

It doesn't take a kitchen to cook.
