But it’s best to use smaller chickens as they are more tender and cook faster. In case you are using chicken with bones, it needs more time to be cooked on the grill.
Brewed saffron is what enriches the flavor in Joojeh Kabab. Make sure to first marinate your chicken pieces in a good amount of brewed saffron for at least an hour.
