I have been an IT person for many years, this channel is to inform and to educate. If I end up gaining a client in the process then it's even better. The pre requisite to being one of my clients is you cannot cause me headaches. When I was a young IT person I would chase everything that came my way and I would get all kinds of grief from people in the West Michigan area who are very reluctant to pay, don't want to pay outright or expect my knowledge for free. Typically people who act like this will abandon their property or outright buy a new one or just cause me problems. I don't want problems, I want to educate and make money with my knowledge and provide a service to the masses. In the West Michigan area this will typically exclude 97% of potential clients who seek my knowledge. Again, I don't want problems and those 97% of people aren't going to make me because they won't pay and they aren't gonna break me because I don't wish nor have any desire to want to service them in my area. Ultimately I can fix a laptop, I cannot fix the laptop's owner.

What I do not support.

I will not support windows 8, 10 or 11 because of how the operating system is by design. Those versions of windows require you to push it to the internet so Microsoft can have more control over what you do on your computer. Back in my day that is called spyware and the masses present day simply say "Well that's how it is" and I say "That's how it should not be."
