If we only remembered that nature is an amazing blessing, we would be able to collect the memories that would transform our being into positive souls.

Today, as I look at the ocean on the Pacific Coast welcome visitors to pray, meditate, and surf, I am clear that this year God has given me all I need to keep going.

And is that surfing, running, doing yoga, Peloton, hiking the mountain for walking the shores, walking the Camino in North of Spain or the Key Biscayne trail in Miami, FL is what inspires me to teach my students, help my coaching clients, and write the books that I share as my legacy to the world.
