Many people there have waited for years and years for Russia to come and the reaction of the man explaining standing in his window seeing the Russian soldiers setting up flag after flag was beautiful. Now these people that suvived can finally have some peace at last and feel safe. I wish them all the best and a also i wish for a quick end to the war.

I do not think Ukraine shelling kindergardens, stores and schools makes them anymore supportive of the new government which took power by a violent state coup either. Russia will never forget how the nazi's trapped and burned all those people alive in Odessa.
