Friday, June 17, 2022 - Larvita McFarquhar is filing a formal criminal complaint with Marshall Sheriff's Department against SMSU Public Safety Director Michael Munford for his multiple perjury (lying) on the witness stand at Larvita's trial in May 2022.

It shows Larvita McFarquhar trying to get the necessary evidence that she requested nearly a year ago and at the pre-trial hearing a week prior. Filmed on Tuesday, May 3, 2022

Head of Security Michael Munford for SMSU - Southwestern Minnesota State University - Issues a citation for "trespassing for failure to wear face covering." Even though, Larvita McFarquhar and her 3 daughters who attended the University had legal medical exemptions. Irony, instead of George McGovern stopping a black young woman from going to college. Now a black man is stopping a black/hispanic woman from protecting her daughter from being bullied and coming into the college. Using an illegal mandate that has no scientific bases.
