EVERYONE deserves Recovery no matter how far down in addiction they have gone! I truly had the perfect storm handed to me - malnutrition, mthfr gene mutation, put on meds that contributed to mental instability instead of aiding it, addicted and emotionally unavailable caretakers and surrounding family, battled eating disorders and addiction myself. Because of this, I carried the lack pattern - felt terrible and surrounded by dark always. Thought I was lacking something others around me had as I was truly surrounded by horrible people all of the time. How can someone not carry that pattern if they hit a blockage every single time there was a cry out for help? I felt like trash - like I did not belong in my family or in society - Thought there must have been something terribly wrong with me and if it weren’t for me, my family would be happy. If I can do this - ANYONE CAN!
