I use an Elgato Capture Card. I record all of my videos in 1080p 60 fps on the highest quality setting and covert them into 4K using a video editor called NCH VideoPad Video Editor.

How I'm connecting my PS4 to my PC. All you have to do is plug in the Elgato to the PC and one HDMI cable where it says IN on the Elgato Capture Card itself and connect the other end to the PS4.
