In this short video I show how to remove the cheeks out of walleye. Yes you read that right! It is worth doing on walleye ranging from 17" and up. I want to try on pike as they would have large cheeks as well.

This is a pretty simple method of cleaning fish that goes around the ribcage and wastes very little meat. It can be used to clean most fish species.
