This is a small promo video for the Lockyer Valley Billy Cart Association. They are a great community group based in the Lockyer Valley in Queensland, Australian. This footage was from their 2022 Derby. People of all ages were getting involved with carts for hire. There was a great turnout with an awesome atmosphere. Well done. Keep up the good work. In this video I recap what stood out for me on the latest Four Corners Investigation "The Butchers from Brazil". It outlines their corruption and rapid expansion across the world along with some horrific stories of injury, negligence, and even deaths within the company. As and ex-meat inspector I have also added some of my own experiences that came to mind when watching this investigation.
