Boss or Bust?
Elites fly around the globe in private jets seeking world domination or to scold you about climate consequences in spite of their footprint. However, one recent incident with America's Top Diplomat reminded me of an experience I had years ago in Baltimore. It all revolves around the kind of ride you roll in. HA!

Final Show On WCBM (1-7-24)
Thank you, "Baltimore & Beyond" for tuning in to my shows on 680 WCBM Radio each Sunday evening for the last 15 months. It was my honor to spend the time with you. The station informed us (Amber, Wayne, and me) that our shows would not continue into the New Year due to budgets. I am grateful for the time they provided us.
I set up my phone to record the final show on January 7, 2024. It is not perfect but I hope you enjoy. Not sure when we'll speak again but I'll pop up a video here on Rumble.com when the situation allows or warrants. To give others some background: Prior to WCBM, I was the Morning Co-Host on KDKA Radio in Pittsburgh (my hometown), and New Anchor on Fox News Headlines 24-7 on Sirius XM (NYC), Program Director at 105-7 The FAN (Bmore), and Marketing Director at WDVE. I have also filled in for Wendy Bell Radio, the Rob Carson Network, and Kim Klacik. Follow me on Twitter/X @kevinbattle.
It has been fun. Thank you for tuning in. Have a great day.

Who Has More Power In DC?
Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin had elective surgery on Dec. 22. He was admitted to Walter Reed Medical Center on Jan. 1 due to adverse reactions. Secretary Austin, 6th in line to the Oval Office, spent 4 days in intensive care. He is still hospitalized ass of Sunday, Jan. 7. The Pentagon lied and told the Press that he was working at home. President Biden, The Commander-In-Chief, was not informed for DAYS that his military leader was actually hospitalized. The White House and the American Press was kept in the dark. So, who has more power or control in Washington, DC?
Kevin Battle discussed Secretary Austin's hospitalization while hosting on Baltimore's WCBM Radio. We wish him a speedy recovery.

Immigration: The Legal Journey
Much is made of illegal immigration into the United States. We hear reports of 240,000 individuals just last month (Oct 2023) evading the proper ways of entry into this nation. However, there are still people who choose legal migration. The journey is very long!
I recently had the honor of speaking with one person about their legal pathway to US citizenship. Yes, you will end up scratching your head while thinking 'the illegal way seems easier.' The issues and concerns surrounding illegal immigration into this country have been debated for decades - I remember it percolating during Civics class when I was in 9th grade - 38 years ago! Very little has been done by our elected 'leaders' since those discussions.
Immigration into this country is a political game with very real human costs and I believe both sides of the aisle are complicit.
I have had the honor of witnessing the naturalization ceremony for some of the newest and proudest Americans. And, recently, I had the privilege of speaking with one such American about his process. Mike Sylvester is now a Grassroots Trainer with Americans For Prosperity.
I hope you enjoy our conversation.

Evict or Ban? Amendments 14 & 25 Explained
How can we evict a sitting president? Can a former Chief Executive be barred from running for a second term? Many folks speculate about the weaponization of justice or the US Constitution against political rivals as we head to the 2024 elections. There are a lot of theories and ideas about the 14th and 25th amendments, in particular, lately. So, in an effort to find clarity, I figured I'd ask an expert from @hillsdalecollege. Dr. Adam Carrington holds the William and Patricia LaMothe Chair on the U.S. Constitution. He is also a politics professor.
This interview was recorded on September 14, 2023 and aired on 680AM WCBM in Baltimore, MD on September 17, 2023.
Thank you for watching this video.

Putin Vs. Zelensky: The Next Big Move In Ukraine
Putin is dug in. Will Ukraine go big for Crimea? Can Russian forces hold the 18% of Ukraine that they control until the West tells Volodymyr Zelenskyy to make a deal? Dr. Matthew Schmidt gives his analysis and insight (Recorded July 20, 2023).
The conflict did not simply begin with Russian tanks rolling across the border into Ukraine on February 24, 2022, as so many media and political outlets lead us to believe. It was not necessarily spurred by Ukraine’s attack on civilians in separatist regions during the first stage of the Russo-Ukrainian war which had been occurring since 2014 under President Petro Poroshenko. This is a fight that has been brewing for decades - since the collapse of the Soviet Union (and even before). In fact, as then-Vice President of the United States, Joe Biden assured Ukrainian officials that a major conflict would not involve tanks in the streets but the assault that Russia would bring on Kiev would be merely economic (see link below). However, the tentacles of war come from many different angles and participants. They mirror those that actually bind the populations, as well, be they historical, territorial, idealogical, social, economic, corporate, geographic, philosophical, or imperial ambitions, traditions, and greed. The situation reached a boiling point in 2013 when a leader (Vicktor Yanukovych) promised ties to the West yet felt loyal to the East and reportedly accepted massive bribes in order to help his decision making. Yep, playing the middle ground is ‘no man’s land.’ This scandal in a long line of scandals caused protests and an eventual coup. Ukraine has had 7 presidents since 1991 independence. Identity of the nation has been a game of tug-o-war that has led to a modern civil war amongst ‘brother’ people. Some of those leaders leaned towards loyalty to Moscow. Others leaned towards the EU and Washington. NATO expansion and the glances of China loom. Growth has been hard for one of the most corrupt nations in the world. Corrupt….and Blessed! Blessed with the world’s most fertile farmland and most valuable natural resources. I feel strongly that this, deep down, is the major prize that all sides are so eager to exploit and sacrifice loyal, patriotic young men over. Ukrainian men are being used to push NATO east, in my opinion, while the carrot of acceptance is dangled in front of their leader. However, that is a for a later discussion.
On July 20, 2023 I had a very educational, insightful, and informative conversation with an expert who has visited Ukraine many times. He has even served as an election monitor. I truly appreciate the national security, political science, and personal perspective of Dr. Matthew Schmidt of the University of New Haven.
This interview aired on WCBM Radio in Baltimore on July 23, 2023. I hope you enjoy. I hope it clears up some details for you and spurs your interest in researching other details on your own. As you will hear - this is a very complex issue. May God have mercy on us all for what is happening under our watch.

'24 Presidential Candidates You Should Listen To (or, at least hear from)!
Putting your name on a ballot takes guts! You hear the same names being bandied about or thrown around. I’m talking about 2024 White House hopefuls. Yes, I know that it is early. However, some folks have jumped in specifically to make a name for themselves or get some early PR or get messaging out. Unfortunately, some of the early adapters do not garner much attention - even if they would make a great Chief Executive. Could they beat Joe Biden? Will Joe Biden run? Many in the media and, definitely those in the parties, seem to have picked their tops names or wish list candidates. And, yes, those names are usually ones that you are familiar with: Donald Trump, Ron Desantis, Nikki Haley, Vivek Ramiswamey, Tulsi Gabbard, Marianne Williamson, Mike Pompeo, etc - all potentially decent choices in their own right - depending on your tastes and values. But they are tried & true names….established. So, I thought I’d take some time to introduce you to ‘other’ people who may fit your style a bit better….maybe they align with you….maybe they don’t. Yes, they could be considered long shots….but anything can happen once the primaries start. Or, at the very least, Maybe they can vie for a cabinet position, or increase recognition for a future campaign, or eventually make a 3rd party bid, or set an agenda. Think of all the candidates that you were sure would win only to have them pull out of the race or those who you never heard of who ended up making a great run! It is still America, right?
I recently had the honor of speaking with two such candidates - both Republicans who would like to take on Democrat Joe Biden in November 2024 - should the president officially run for a second term. (Again, he has not committed at this point (3/25/23). The candidates are: Steve Laffey and Corey Stapleton.
Topics discussed included: educational standards, failing schools in Baltimore and education reform, immoral national debt, bank bailouts, Reforming healthcare, reforming the tax code, onshoring jobs and technology, gun control and self defense, China’s growing influence and the burgeoning economic alliance they aim to control. We talk proxy wars, Russia and Ukraine, and the US Southern Border.
I hope you enjoy. I hope you realize that you have a say. Regardless of which way the media or the major parties try to lead you. There are other voices. I am happy to introduce you to them today!!!

Former Montana Secretary of State Corey Stapleton. https://coreystapleton.com. Twitter: @stapleton_MT
Enjoy! Thank you for listening. Vote early. Vote Often.

Dr. Ron Paul
“The Free Lunch is so enticing” but the delight is in self reliance and what is most important is Individual liberty and a small government. “Inflation is a roaring fire and it has just been lit….people are losing their purchasing power. Their standard of living is going down.” We are in a constant struggle of Money vs. Value!…. It was a thrill for me to speak with Dr. Ron Paul about monetary policy, individual freedom, the handing of Covid, election laws, wars, and growing up in Pittsburgh. This interview was recorded in early 2022 (when your portion of the national debt was only $87,000 each!)

Rabbi Jeffrey Myers of Tree of Life Congregation
From unthinkable evil to a guiding ray of light to pizza and Tonka toys. We cover it all! Anger, forgiveness, and a vision and hope for the future.
On November 30, 2021 I was honored to meet with Rabbi Jeffrey Myers of the Tree of Life Congregation. We had an incredible conversation, as you will hear.
Eleven members of his congregation were slaughtered. Six other people were injured on a cold, wet Fall morning when pure evil and hate shattered services and ended lives. Today (Aug. 2, 2023), the person convicted of the massacre was sentenced to death. I thought you'd like to hear the inspiring words and story of Rabbi Myers.
Thank you for listening.

(The Original description is below. This interview was part of a 'One-on-One' series I did for my former employer. This audio was deleted from their system after my departure. Luckily, I found this copy for you to hear.)
The holiday season is upon us: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and - this week - Hanukkah! What does the Festival of Lights suffer from and why does the date change each year? What is a really good gift that Judaism gave the world? HINT: Your boss may not like it. What are some Jewish traditions and celebrations we should all know about?
He has loved Pittsburgh from first sight. However, he knew little about our region prior to his arrival but now considers it a catch basin of culture whose crown jewel is its people! The goodness shines through. He now lives, literally, in Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood. Today, the English language does not have a term for his gratitude for the people of Pittsburgh.
From gratitude to forgiveness to the future of his temple and the faithful he ministers. I hope you enjoy this wide-ranging exclusive conversation with one of our region’s high-profile and influential residents who was, unfortunately, thrust onto the world’s stage. I cannot thank him enough for graciously granting so much of his time to me on one cold afternoon that I will never forget. This is Kevin Battle Goes One-On-One With: Rabbi Jeffrey Myers of the Tree of Life Congregation.’

Dr. Ben Carson & A Good Education
Certain principles and values propelled the United States, and many of its citizens, to the pinnacle of greatness and leadership. Are we drifting away from those standards as America ages and evolves? Are our lives too complicated or are we being dumbed down as a society?
With a broad brush, many people complain about educational standards. During such arguments, amazing public school districts are often overlooked or lumped in with those that struggle. I am the product of a very effective and dedicated public school district. Many of my relatives have served as teachers who proudly educated, taught, molded, and guided generations of students. However, some districts are failing in spite of the vast sums of tax money invested in them. These districts simply are not living up to our communal promise or expectations.
Dr. Ben Carson was once a struggling student in Detroit. His mother refused excuses and set strict standards that paid off in dramatic fashion.
Dr. Carson, who has called 'the city that reads' his home for decades, finds the situation in Baltimore city very distressing. National headlines were made recently when it was reported that zero students in dozens of Charm City schools were proficient at grade level. ZERO! What is the problem? How can Charm City mirror more successful districts?
Is the idea of public school ‘districts’ simply a modern-day version of ‘redlining’? Does a ‘district’ arbitrarily corral certain neighborhoods into perpetually substandard conditions while keeping young children from gaining a quality and relevant public education? OR, is it the neighborhood that keeps the child from gaining upward mobility? Are fear, crime, and community trauma in some areas overshadowing or crowding out opportunities for personal growth and quality education? Are Vo-Tech or vouchers the keys to bright futures for kids in Baltimore? How much does parenting, or lack thereof, effect the ability of educational professionals to teach and reach the next generation of great leaders? Many educators have their hands full (and even tied). What is the recipe for future success in America?
Dr. Ben Carson, famed neurosurgeon and former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, graciously set aside some time to speak with me on May 15, 2023. The interview aired on Baltimore’s 680AM WCBM on May 21, 2023.
Dr. Carson’s ‘American Cornerstone Institute’ analyzes the challenges facing our nation today while also offering educational content. You can learn more at www.americancornerstone.org.
Thank you for listening. Have a great day.

Dinesh D'Souza - 2000 Mules
Political commentator Dinesh D'Souza joined Kevin Battle on the day his documentary film '2000 Mules' was released (May 5, 2022). Mr. D'Souza answered all the questions any skeptic would have.
No. He is not trying to overturn anything. But, his relationship with Donald Trump may surprise you. The award-winning film maker and New York Times Best-selling author’s aim was to, quote ‘put you at the scene of the crime’ so you can make your decision. But, what is a mule, why were some wearing gloves, and is it a coincidence that some people visited multiple drop boxes?
I hope you enjoy this edition of ‘Kevin Battle Goes One-On-One With: Dinesh D’Souza and ‘2000 Mules.’
