Damn definitely need to practice my sprints
,on a real note. Everyday you waste
after work or school scrolling through tik tok or
Instagram looking to entertain yourself; you're
only digging a huge hole that will be
impossible to get out of. The media wants you
to stay weak, they want you to be happy and
laugh at stupid shit on the internet. That's
power. Take control of that power and better
yourself. Start a side income, read a
knowledgeable book, workout, hell even find a
project that keeps you busy. Get off the
internet and come back to the real world.
