We made Potato and capsicum Bhajjis at home today. You need to slice of the potatoes with a slicer and cut the capsicums in tall pieces. For the batter you need: Gram Flour Asafoetida Red chilli powder Salt to taste Dip the sliced potatoes/capsicums in the batter and deep fry in oil as shown in the video.

We went on a vacation last month, where we spotted this plant, which closes it's leaves when touched. You can see how it reacts to a person's touch in this video.
