God’s Light cannot be quenched. It is only by our judgements that the light of God is dimmed within us. But even that dimness is a temporary illusion until we settle down the ego and the mind and allow the Light of God to shine freely. Life is a series of complicated illusions that we can use to bring us either closer to Love, Light, and Unity, which is the Truth. Or we can use these illusions to delay the Truth a bit longer, but not forever.
