Did you know? How does a sea helps in meditation.
Water sounds have long been used in meditation to create a soothing atmosphere for our minds. Science suggests that the rhythm of ocean waves and tides coming in and out can affect the rhythm of the neuronal “waves” in our brain, encouraging a more peaceful pace of thought.

How important is nature?
The natural world is an incredible wonder that inspires us all. It underpins our economy, our society, indeed our very existence. Our forests, rivers, oceans and soils provide us with the food we eat, the air we breathe, the water we irrigate our crops with.

Love is actually three feelings in one.2021
There’s a reason love is so complicated and indescribable — it’s actually three feelings in one. According to a team of scientists led by famous biological anthropologist Helen Fisher, romantic love can actually be broken down into three sensations: lust, attraction and attachment. And each feeling is characterized by its own set of hormones stemming from the brain.

Did you know facts about breakfast?
Historical Breakfast Facts
The word breakfast comes from breaking your fast from the night before and it was the first meal of the day. Breakfast was then called morgenmete, meaning "morning meal", until it became breakfast. In the 17th century, pilgrims from the Netherlands introduced waffles to North America. Woohoo!
Breakfast is often called 'the most important meal of the day', and for good reason. As the name suggests, breakfast breaks the overnight fasting period. It replenishes your supply of glucose to boost your energy levels and alertness, while also providing other essential nutrients required for good health.

Stress buster -white lilies
Lilium candidum, the Madonna lily,[2][3] is a plant in the true lily family. It is native to the Balkans and Middle East, and naturalized in other parts of Europe, including France, Italy, and Ukraine, and in North Africa, the Canary Islands, Mexico, and other regions.[1][4] It has been cultivated since antiquity, for at least 3,000 years,[5] and has great symbolic value since then for many cultures. It is susceptible to several virus diseases common to lilies, and especially to Botrytis fungus. One technique to avoid problems with viruses is to grow plants from seed instead of bulblets.

Find out the peace - Teapot hill-2021
The Teapot Hill Trail is located next to Cultus Lake and offers a short hike uphill with a view of the lake. Park in the Teapot Hill parking lot and start the hike heading uphill. After 100m, there is an outhouse and park map on your left.
Continue heading up the service road, passing by a stream and groves of mixed deciduous and coniferous trees. After about 20-30 minutes, a sign will be posted that points to Teapot Hill off to the right. Continue along this path passing a sign that describes the area flowers that include Stinging Nettle, Western Columbine, Tiger Lily, and Trillium.
A steep hill is an indicator that you are almost there. After ascending the hill, the trail levels out and you come to the first view of Cultus Lake. Stop to take it in briefly before continuing along the trail for another 100m to the second viewpoint that overlooks the lake and Columbia Valley towards the USA.
Stop to have a break here or make your way back to the previous viewpoint before descending back down the hill towards the parking lot.

Coccinellid is the small insects
The majority of coccinellid species are generally considered beneficial insects, because many species prey on herbivorous hemipterans such as aphids or scale insects, which are agricultural pests. Many coccinellids lay their eggs directly in aphid and scale insect colonies in order to ensure their larvae have an immediate food source.[6] However, some species do have unwelcome effects; among these, the most prominent are of the subfamily Epilachninae (which includes the Mexican bean beetle), which are herbivorous themselves. Usually, epilachnines are only minor agricultural pests, eating the leaves of grain, potatoes, beans, and various other crops, but their numbers can increase explosively in years when their natural enemies, such as parasitoid wasps that attack their eggs, are few. In such situations, they can do major crop damage. They occur in practically all the major crop-producing regions of temperate and tropical countries.

Did you know - The best place for meditation/2021
Here are five benefits that I, and my clients, found through meditating in the forest as opposed to a room, home, or park:
Being connected with nature at a deep level, hearing the birds chirping, the wind whistling through the trees, feeling the sun rays break through the forest canopy, and the gentle breeze on the skin cannot be matched by anything else.
Furthermore, there is research showing the physical and psychological benefits of spending time in the outdoors. Such benefits include relaxation, improving mood, stress management, improved focus, reduced inflammation in the body, and relaxation of internal organs.
Anyone who spends time outdoors is bound to feel less stressed and more grounded. This connection with the earth is called Earthing or Grounding.

Dogs react with funny baby
Probably the easiest dog body language to understand is a happy dog! There are some really clear signs you’ll see in your dog showing they are happy:
# A high and waggy tail. This is probably the most well-known sign your dog is a happy pooch.
# Floppy ears. By this, we mean that their ears are relaxed, not tense or flattened against their head. Pricked upright ears are a sign of alertness – they tell you if your dog is happy or sad, just focused.
# Their body’s relaxed. If your dog seems relaxed in their posture and not tense or stiff, this is a good indication they are feeling good. Loose shoulders, soft eyes without a fixed gaze, and a dose of ‘wiggliness’ or pure ‘flopped-outness’ are all clues that your dog’s feeling super chill.
# They’re playful. A happy dog is more likely to want to play and leap around. Play “bows” are a great sign your dog is in the mood.
# They lean in to you. A relaxed dog who enjoys your company is more likely to also enjoy your attention. They may come to you for attention and it’s a good sign if they lean into your hand when you stroke them.

“I'm convinced that petting a puppy is good luck.”
Some may call you crazy if you try to reason with a dog. It is with desperate attempts that you hope they understand you. When the realization sinks in that your futile pleading goes without understanding or care, you are left with no choice but to think of the next best thing. The gentle Golden Retriever is one of the worlds most popular family dogs.
Golden Retrievers make fantastic family pets, but they’re also versatile sporting and working dogs.
In sports they excel in disciplines as varied as obedience and agility; they also serve as search-and-rescue and guide dogs; not to mention their outstanding ability as trackers and retrievers on the hunt. Golden Retrievers have a host of qualities to justify their worldwide popularity.
