Pyongyang, June 26 (KCNA) -- Pyongyang mass rallies took place at different parts of the municipality on June 25, the day of struggle against U.S. imperialism. Participated there were more than 120 000 working people and youth and students in the municipality. Present there were Ri Il Hwan and Pak Thae Song, secretaries of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), Kim Su Gil, chief secretary of the Pyongyang Municipality Committee of the WPK, Jon Sung Guk, vice-premier of the Cabinet, Ri Tu Song, department director of the C.C., WPK, officials of working people's organizations, institutions, industrial establishments, working people and youth and students in the municipality. At the meetings speakers said that June 25 is kept in the minds of the Korean people as the wounds of grudge that can never be healed. They referred to the fact that the Korean nation suffered bitter pain and misfortune due to the U.S. imperialists' war provocation of aggression. If we had strong power, there would have been no such deep-rooted enmity as June 25 and the land of the motherland would not have been stained with innocent blood, they said, adding that the historic question why we should be strong is answered by the Sunday of blood more than 70 years ago. They said that the Korean people have firmly grasped the strongest absolute weapon to punish the U.S. imperialists and the war deterrence for self-defence which no enemy dare provoke, true to the Party's idea of building up the military capability for self-defense as they keenly realized that only when the army is strong, genuine peace and everything on this land can be defended. It is the bounden duty of our generation which brooks no further delay to settle accounts with the U.S. imperialists, the speakers stressed that the avengers on this land burning with the indomitable will to revenge the enemy will give merciless punishment and thorough eradication to the U.S. imperialists, the sworn enemy of the Korean people by resolute sacred war of revenge. Pyongyang, June 24 (KCNA) -- Working people's organizations in the DPRK held meetings on June 23 to vow vengeance on the occasion of June 25, the day of struggle against the U.S. imperialism. Present at the meetings were Pak Thae Sop, secretary of the South Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Choe Yong, secretary of the Nampho Municipal Committee of the WPK, officials concerned, officials of the Union of Agricultural Workers of Korea (UAWK) and the women's union and agricultural workers and UAWK and women's union members. At the meeting of agricultural workers and UAWK members held in the plaza of the Sinchon Museum, Kim Myong Gum, a victim of the brutal atrocities committed by the U.S. imperialist aggressors during the Fatherland Liberation War, made an address to be followed by speeches. Kim Myong Gum accused the U.S. imperialists and class enemies, who temporarily occupied the village where she lived for mercilessly and killed not only a lot of patriots but also mere children. Speakers expressed their resolve to harden the will to annihilate the enemy and always maintain full combat readiness and make a radical and substantial change in the agricultural production with the mind to smash the enemy. Officials and members of the women's union held a meeting in the plaza of the Susan-ri House of Class Education. Kim Jong Sun, chairwoman of the Central Committee of the women's union, made a report to be followed by speeches. The reporter and speakers said that the traces of war have disappeared on this land but the outcries of the souls calling for thousand-fold revenge upon the enemies is still heard in their ears, adding that the blood lesson in Susan-ri taught the iron truth of class struggle that illusion about the enemy precisely means death. They called for well bringing up children like women of the preceding generations so as to put forward them at the military posts for defending the country, sincerely assisting the People's Army and making a tangible contribution to bolstering up the country's defence capabilities. Pyongyang, March 24 (KCNA) -- The will of the five million young people in the DPRK against the enemies getting hell-bent on the war moves to stamp out the DPRK, the whole life and cradle of happiness of the Korean people, is growing stronger with each passing day. On March 22 and 23, meetings of youth and students and their marches with wartime songs sung in chorus were held across the country to show their resolute will to punish the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet regime of traitors keen on reckless anti-DPRK moves. The venues of meetings were filled with the strong will of the young people to mercilessly wipe out the group of aggressors and traitors who are running amuck, oblivious of their bitter defeat in the last Korean War and the lesson of the decades-long anti-DPRK policy which came to total failure. Attending the meetings were youth league officials and youths and students in provinces, cities and counties. Speakers there said that the reckless moves of the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet group of traitors to dare ignite a war against the DPRK have enraged the young people of Juche Korea demonstrating its might as the fortress of socialism and a powerful country independent in politics, self-supporting in the economy and self-reliant in national defence. The young people in North and South Phyongan, North and South Hwanghae and Jagang provinces vowed to further sharpen the sword of confrontation against the U.S. and south Korea with strong anti-imperialist class consciousness under the present grave situation. The young vanguards, who regard the spirit of defending the leader unto death and the defence of the country as their life motto, are replete with surging hatred. Their pledge to root out the source of aggression with bullets and bombs for revenge was heard at the meetings in Kangwon, North and South Hamgyong and Ryanggang provinces. Youth and students in Nampho, Rason and Kaesong cities, too, expressed their will to devote themselves to the sacred war for national defence and mete out merciless punishment to the warmongers staging war drills for aggression. The voices of those young people shouting slogans for annihilating the enemy resounded far and wide across the country. There were marches of youth and students singing wartime songs in chorus. Singing "Song of National Defence", "Advance" and other songs, they marched through streets while hardening their will to creditably carry forward the ever-victorious history and tradition of heroic Korea as befitting the descendants of the victorious wartime generation. Pyongyang, March 19 (KCNA) -- The Ryugyong Dental Hospital marked its tenth founding anniversary. The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un unfolded a plan to build a modern dental hospital in Pyongyang and gave precious instructions on its construction several times and chose its site in the scenic Munsu area. After the hospital was founded on March 19, Juche 102 (2013), he paid deep attention to its construction and operation and personally solved the problems arising in forming its construction forces, the supply of materials as well as providing the latest dental equipment and dental hygiene tools. The hospital has put its management on an IT basis over the past ten years after its opening and has been awarded many prizes at exhibitions and seminars held every year while improving the quality of medical service by introducing modern dental treatment techniques and methods.
