This technique is from Health Kinesiology, from Richard Beales - many uears ago. I share with many people to help themselves re-balance after exposure to disturbing influences, whether ingested, touched the skin, or just come into contact via their energy field.

These gentle exercises can really help release tension and stuck energy in the neck and shoulders - where we hold a lot of the things that have happened to us.... a great way to let go. Advisable to do every day or at least once a week. There are many other variations, available on You Tube and elsewhere, but these are the basic ones.

Helps to boost your energy as well as clearing unwanted energies from your field.
