The Hidden Dangers of Generic Medications
The FDA does not run any of its own safety studies and solely rely on the data provided to them by pharmaceutical companies.
This is well-regulated in the US, but not abroad.
80% of active ingredients used in drugs are manufactured in India or China.
if you are a pharmaceutical company in the US the FDA can show up to your lab at any moment without warning and ask to see everything -- your lab set-up, safety data, and every log.
But if the lab is in India or China, they are given weeks of advanced notice as the FDA must get a travel visa, make sure the right people are at the lab, and as a good diplomatic gesture.
Researchers from the FDA found that of drugs from India and China…
- 50-60% of data of drugs sent to the US was fabricated.
- They substituted lower-purity ingredients for higher ones to reduce costs.
- The crushed up brand name drugs into capsules so that they could be tested in lieu of their own.
- At times they would just completely fabricate their data and even forged their own SOP's
So what can you do about this to decrease your likelihood of taking these contaminated medications?
1.Avoid going on prescription medications if at all possible.
2. If you must be on a medication, always take brand name whenever possible.
3. Avoid taking medications that come from India or China if at all possible.

5 Blood Tests Your Doctor Is Missing
Lab #1 - Heavy metals.
Common heavy metals: mercury, lead, tin, and cadmium.
Mercury can cross the blood brain barrier and lead to fatigue, brain fog, headaches, tremors, and insomnia.

Ferritin is the storage form of iron. If your levels are too low you're most likely anemic and if they get too high it can significantly decrease your lifespan.
Copenhagen City Heart Study that looked at a population of 9000 people it was found that if ferritin was…
- less than200 ferritin the median survival was 79 years old
- 200-399 the median survival was 76 years old
- 400-599 the median survival was 72 years old
- 600+ the median survival was 55 years old
A simple blood donation will drop your ferritin levels by 30-50 points on average.
#5 ApoB
ApoB is an advanced cardiovascular risk marker.
ApoB is reflective of the number of LDL particles in the blood.
Look at the LDL cholesterol like the number of passengers on a ship.
And look at LDL particle number as the number of ships.
It is damaged ships (oxidation) that leads to atherosclerosis (damage to your arteries that leads to narrowing and hardening).
Thus, it’s more important to understand how many ships (ApoB) are present versus how many passengers there are on those ships (LDL cholesterol).
