Sometimes I inadvertently shift into NPC mode then come back like “damnit! The game/narrative took over.” It’s usually when I lose my temper. Then I gotta deal with the consequences after. Part 1: I’m of the opinion that a #Utopia would be impossible in this reality especially if define through the lens of “perfection.” An imperfect world will bear a perfect utopia when an apple seed can bear and orange tree. - I think a lot of atrocities experienced in this reality had its roots in the perpetrators desire to impose their definition of “perfection” on society as a whole. To rephrase :The pursuit of utopia is what turned our world into a dystopia in the first place (in my opinion.) • So what is the solution? Perhaps we accept reality as is: imperfect by our standards and let that be a good baseline in which we try no not build a perfect world by a world where everyone’s basic needs are at least met. I refer to Maslows #hierachyofneeds. Can we ensure everyone has equally access to opportunities as opposed to an imposition of someone’s definition of “equality?” • Maybe we should simply aspire to a world where everyone have access to clean drinking water, clean air, healthy food, safe environment to live, and Aes to education so that they could “improve” upon their lot in life should they desire. Or simply enjoy life so long as it harms no one in the process. We certainly have the technology to do that even right now. •• Just my .02c. We are walking around with unseen yet exposed emotional and psychological wounds, inherited from our parents, grandparents and #ancestors which is beyond wild if you really sit and think on it. • Not only do we have to try to process and work through the #trauma experienced in our present incarnation (not to mention that of our past lives as well,) we also carry on our backs the trauma of those in our genetic line as well. Seriously the more I think about it the more I’m just mindblown. Like, no wonder people are the way they are…no wonder the world is the way it is. And yet we still rise. • Research into the field of #epigenetics as it relates to #mentalhealth is promising. Plant and FUNGI medicine (🍄) are showing some promise for helping with #ptsd and #trauma, which is great news. • The book IT DIDNT START WITH YOU was an eye opener for me on the topic, which led me to the work of #DrYehuda and her work with veterans and #inheritedtrauma. Definitely worth checking out. • Knowing this (when I can remember to put this knowledge into practice) was/has been helpful in developing compassion for members of family as well as people I interact with. When this first aired last year, the amount of people that commented “plastic” without thinking past that was a bit concerning to me😅. Glass lasts longer than plastic by literally a million years. As I have no definitive proof that this world/dimension/plane is some sort of #prisonplanet set up by #aliens or #archons, I will continue to speculate and pose open-ended theories as to the nature of our reality. This is an old vid but the approach here was: could I use #theoreticalphysics to explain #karma and #reincarnation. •• I do think it is very important to avoid trapping one’s mind in any particular #realitytunnel (as described by #robertantonwilson.) Speculate, but try not to fixate. Because reality has a very uncanny way of showing you EXACTLY what you believe it is…which in itself is quite fascinating and speaks to the power of the mind-reality connection. •• Some of my videos WILL contradict each other because they reflect whatever state of mind I was in in that particular moment in spacetime and that’s okay.
