In this video I recorded the phone call that I made with the debt collector regarding a debt that I owed. I use the coupon method to pay the debt and they are no longer pursuing it and had closed or deactivated the account. That's their words. The agent that I talk to you at the end was willing to take my money but he said that there was no desire or effort to pursue it.
