Jihwan

It is a water bird belonging to the genus "Oriidae" and is a winter bird in the Korean Peninsula that is winterized with the humpback and the big swan belonging to the same genus. It has a white collar, so it is called a swan in Chinese. It has a wingspan of 50-55cm and lives in groups, eating water plants, clams, and fish from sea and ponds.

Dakgalbi is a representative Korean stir-fried chicken that is marinated with red pepper paste, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, etc. and stir-fried or roasted on a grill with ingredients such as sweet potatoes, carrots, cabbage, onions, green onions, and rice cakes.
