I have written a letter to the Honourable Governor General David Hurley inspired by Riccardo Bosi. Everyone can write from their heart and let him know how we feel. I read it in the video incase there is something you may not know like businesses can be liable for Vaccine injury and death. To your Excellency The Honourable David Hurley Commander in Chief I am writing this letter from my heart and soul as a mother, sister, daughter, wife and a living woman as well as respresenting many living souls and beings from this country. As you are well aware we are in the midst of a tyrannical government with treasonous intentions as well as many of those treasonous acts being carried out. I refer to the Biosecurity Act 2015 , for the acts that have been written about face masks, qr codes, lockdowns, travel and more notably the 'Vaccines'( I will get to those in a minute). Biosecurity act 2015 section 88(masks) 88 Risk minimisation interventions (1) An individual may be required by a human biosecurity control order to wear either or both specified clothing and equipment that is designed to prevent a disease from emerging, establishing itself or spreading. (2) The order must specify the following: (a) the circumstances in which the individual is required to wear the clothing and equipment; (b) the period during which, or the times at which, the individual is required to wear the clothing and equipment; (c) instructions for wearing the clothing and equipment. Since a BSCO has not been implemented individually, then masking is unlawful under the fake state of emergency. One cannot enforce face masks because measures have not been taken. Since the lockdowns have been enforced upon the people of this country many have lost their lives to suicide, lack of proper treatments, lack of proper care, left to die alone not to mention the abuse from partners, physical and emotional abuse as well as children at the mercy of child abuse and sexual abuse by being held 'prisoner' to their circumstances. Let's not forget the mental health. Let's begin with the PCR test. The PCR test was created by Kary Mullis who I quote him as saying " to get a miniscule amount of anything and make it measureable, if you do it well you can find almost everything in anything. If you can amplify a single molecule to something you can measure, (which PCR can do ) there's very few molecules that you don't have as one single one of them. PCR is a process to make a whole lot of something out of something. It doesn't tell you that you're sick or if the thing you end up with really was ging to hurt you." Dead and old viruses can be detected from an individual being, utilizing a PCR test hence another reason for it's inaccuracy. Dr Thomas Cowan explained that Kary Mullis specifically stated that you can't use this test to prove infectious aetiology or diagnose infectious disease. With PCR at 36 cycles you will start to see a colour change, At 40 cycles there are alot more positives. At 60 times it will be positive with everybody, 100% of the people. Researcher Morgan Jonas has recently released a meta-analysis of current verifiable research supporting that PCR testing does not provide an appropriate, accurate or ethical response with indentification of Covid-19. The CDC have confirmed they are recommending for use with the PCR until December 31st 2021. Covid 19 as yet has not proven to be isolated, and so continuing recommending using these PCR tests is ridiculous by the CDC, misleading and life threatening. The reason I say life threatening is because these fraudulent tests are causing people to believe they are 'sick with a deadly virus', whilst co-ercing them into believing they now need a 'Vaccine" in order to be healthy and a non-threat to society. Why are we as a nation with our health Ministers such as Greg Hunt, Brad Hazzard and Yvette D'tah among others, still continuing with the very misleading and corrupt guidance of the CDC and the WHO ? Why are these ministers continuing to create ill-health towards the people. Time for them to be reviewed don't you think? I don't see how they can call themselves honourable when they clearly are misleading the people of this country. There is also evidence of a 99.97% recovery rate from 'covid-19'(Certificate Of Vaccination I Dentification -19 = AI ( Artificial Intelligence-Yes it is an operating system). It has been noted that the CDC(Centre of disease control) had downgraded the Covid-19 to nothing more than a flu in March 2020 of last year. But still Australia is continuing to be guided by treasonous Health ministers and leaders. Let's get to the Vaccine in a minute. First I want to bring to mind the Biosecurity act 2015 Federal Legislation Section 60 Imposing human biosecurity control orders on Individuals Copy and pasted from the Biosecurity act 2015 sections 60/61 Division 2—Imposing human biosecurity control orders on individuals Subdivision A—Imposing, varying and revoking human biosecurity control orders 60 Imposing a human biosecurity control order on an individual (1) The following officers may impose a human biosecurity control order on an individual: (a) a chief human biosecurity officer; (b) a human biosecurity officer; (c) a biosecurity officer. Note 1: An officer who intends to impose a human biosecurity control order on an individual has certain powers under sections 68 and 69. Note 2: Before imposing a human biosecurity control order, an officer must be satisfied of the matters referred to in section 34 (the principles). Note 3: The Director of Human Biosecurity must be notified of the imposition of a human biosecurity control order (see section 67). (2) A human biosecurity control order may be imposed on an individual only if the officer is satisfied that: (a) the individual has one or more signs or symptoms of a listed human disease; or (b) the individual has been exposed to: (i) a listed human disease; or (ii) another individual who has one or more signs or symptoms of a listed human disease; or (c) the individual has failed to comply with an entry requirement in subsection 44(6) in relation to a listed human disease. (3) To avoid doubt, an individual may fail to comply with an entry requirement in subsection 44(6) even if the individual is not able to comply with the requirement. (4) An officer may include one or more biosecurity measures specified in Subdivision B of Division 3 in a human biosecurity control order. Note: For the biosecurity measures that each kind of officer can impose, see section 82. 61 Contents of a human biosecurity control order (1) A human biosecurity control order that is in force in relation to an individual must specify the following: (a) the ground in subsection 60(2) under which the order is imposed on the individual; (b) the listed human disease in relation to which the order is imposed on the individual; (c) any signs or symptoms of the listed human disease; (d) the prescribed contact information provided by the individual under section 69 or 70 (as the case requires); (e) a unique identifier for the order; (f) each biosecurity measure (specified in Subdivision B of Division 3) with which the individual must comply, and an explanation of: (i) why each biosecurity measure is required; and (ii) in relation to a biosecurity measure included under section 89 (decontamination), 90 (examination), 91 (body samples) or 92 (vaccination or treatment)—how the biosecurity measure is to be undertaken; (g) any information required to be included in the order by Subdivision B of Division 3; (h) the period during which the order is in force, which must not be more than 3 months; (i) the following: (i) the effect of section 70 (requirement to notify of changes to contact information); (ii) the effect of section 74 (when an individual is required to comply with a biosecurity measure); (iii) the rights of review in relation to the human biosecurity control order under this Act, the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 and the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977; (iv) the effect of section 107 (offence for failing to comply with an order); (j) details of a chief human biosecurity officer who can be contacted for information and support in relation to the order; (k) any other information that the officer imposing the order considers appropriate; (l) any other information required by the regulations. Note: Despite paragraph (1)(h), an individual might be required to comply with a biosecurity measure for a more limited period of time (see for example section 96 (traveller movement measure)). (2) If a human biosecurity control order ceases to be in force, paragraph (1)(h) does not prevent another human biosecurity control order from being imposed on the same individual. (3) To avoid doubt, a human biosecurity control order that is varied must comply with subsection (1). In short a Bisosecurity Control Officer must apply an order individually and separately to a living human being which must present with symptoms after rigorous testing in order to be determined that that individual is carrying a deadly disease in order for our areas, states and country to be forced into a lockdown also known as an state of emergency, which also has not been produced. My understanding would be that, that individual would be isolated until well, allowing the country to continue to move about freely to live their lives. And so lockdown's, masking, Qr coding and Vaccinations, are not only unlawful but are treasonous to the people of this country denying their civil liberties. Which brings me to where we are. Enforcing 'vaccines' on the people in order for them to have their freedoms and right's re-imbursed, which is being done under a false emergency since the BSCO(Biosecurity Control Order) has not been completed, is not only unlawful but this is crimes against humanity. And it is my understanding that you decide when the next 'state of emergency' is implemented and seeing it finishing here on 27th September in Queensland, are you considering another 3 months of 'state of emergency' just so that these premiers and ministers can continue to push the vaccine. Because without a 'state of emergency' the vaccine holds no ground. You are responsible for the implementation of the 'state of emergency' and so I am asking you to reconsider looking at the BSCO 2015 and recognise that it has never been established on the people through the processes individually. And so this leaves you in a place of compromise with the people of this country. It is your responsiblity to do what is lawful and right for the people seeing that you hold quite alot of 'reserve powers.' The 'Vaccines' are clearly bio-weapons to maime, kill or sterlize sooner or later individuals. Pfizer, Moderna, Astra Zeneca and J & J have never brought a successful vaccine to the public, it is their first time in creating these vaccines at warpspeed within a 12 month or so period. Traditionally vaccines take 8-10 years of testing and trailing. These 'Vaccines' have also been created in zero time with no proper clinical trials as we are in the phase 3 trials on humans. They are using any human who wishes to jab themselves with this toxic substance as the trials until 2023, because they believe their ministers, government, doctors and mainstream media etc. This is why I write to you because the people of Australia are ill-informed. Analysis by Dr Robert Young Ingredients: Graphene Oxide (a compound of magnetic nano particles)-Aluminium and metal properties which causes clotting also known as the spike protein at the microscopic level. Parasite (living organism)typanosoma Bismuth, titanium, copper, silver, vanadium-Pfizer Aborted human fetal cells Carbon, Oxygen, Iron, Chromium, Nickel (stainless steel)Astra Zeneca, J & J, Moderna All 'Vaccines' (covid 19) have Graphene oxide present according to Dr Robert Young's findings. Other scientists have discovered the same thing -They all have Graphene Oxide in them. Here are some other scientists who have studied the blood of the vaccinated. Professor Dr. Pablo Campra/ Dr. Ricardo Delgado/Dr. Von Barbel Chitalla / Dr van Welbergen D-Dimer tests will prove this with the blood samples of the vaccinated. It has also been documented that some of the 'vaccines' have been contaminated with a magnetic substance, however it is my belief these Pharmaceuitcal companies have taken no care with their ingredients and testing and are willingly wanting to produce as many deaths as possible. These 'Vaccines' are Cytotoxic, Magnetotoxic and Geno toxic to plant, insects, birds and human cell membranes according to Dr Robert Youngs findings. The Mainstream media are doing nothing to document any of this. One can find Vaccine deaths and adverse reactions on the VAERS WEBSITE as well as other documented findings if one looks in the right places and researches. Breastfeeding mothers are losing babies Pregnant women are losing babies Men and women and children are dying from vaccinations Young people are being diagnosed with Myopericarditis The CDC are documenting, people with a two week grace period where if you are jabbed and then die or get sick under those two weeks, you are branded unvaccinated and counted as so. This is yet another way they are driving the numbers up just like the fake PCR testing in order to keep our people in fear. Now let me bring you to the Biosecurity act for Vaccines Section 92. Copy and pasted from the Biosecurty act 2015 92 Receiving a vaccination or treatment An individual may be required by a human biosecurity control order to receive, at a specified medical facility: (a) a specified vaccination; or (b) a specified form of treatment; in order to manage the listed human disease specified in the order, and any other listed human disease. Chapter 2 Managing biosecurity risks: human health Part 3 Managing risks to human health: human biosecurity control orders Division 3 Biosecurity measures that may be included in a human biosecurity control order Section 93 96 Biosecurity Act 2015 Compilation No. 11 Compilation date: 01/04/2021 Registered: 27/04/2021 Note: For the manner in which this biosecurity measure must be carried out, see section 94. 93 Receiving medication (1) An individual may be required by a human biosecurity control order to receive specified medication in order to manage the listed human disease specified in the order, and any other listed human disease. Note: For the manner in which this biosecurity measure must be carried out, see section 94. (2) The order must specify: (a) how much medication is to be taken; and (b) how long the medication is to be taken for. 94 Appropriate medical or other standards to be applied A biosecurity measure set out in section 90 (examination), 91 (body samples), 92 (vaccination or treatment) or 93 (medication) must be carried out in a manner consistent with either or both of the following (as the case requires): (a) appropriate medical standards; (b) appropriate other relevant professional standards. People are being bullied, co-erced and ostracised and made to believe this is their only way back to a 'normal' life. They see it as the only way to getting their freedom back. 14 days to flatten the curve has turned out to be 18months or so of up and down flattening families, economies, mental/emotional/spiritual and physical wellbeing as well as the pain of those who have lost their loved ones to suicide, maltreatments and lack of care. Without regard, the Australian Government has passed the buck straight to business owners and employers to enforce such radical behaviours. Enforcing or mandating QR code sign in, is in breach of the Privacy Act 1988 section 94h. Infact expecting the business owners must enforce it upon the people, can summon a 5 year imprisonment with a $63,000.00 personal fine from the public. I'll bet these businesses are not aware of this. How about the masking where it is the same thing. Buisnesses believe it is their duty to enforce upon the people that they must wear a mask because it is mandated. People have come to believe this is law, when actually it infringes upon the Biosecurty act 2015 Section 88 as above already mentioned. The Biosecurity act is Federal Law. And again has not been ordered on individuals. And this is the same for vaccines. Employers have been once again deluded to believe they must enforce their employees to be vaccinated. It is not the role or job of the employer or government to enforce a vaccine unless they have ordered a Biosecurity Control Officer which brings me to yet again, the passing of the buck. Employers will be held responsible for their employees being vaccinated in the Public Health Amendment (vaccination compensation) Bill 2021 as follows: Public Health Amendment (Vaccination Compensation) Bill 2021 [NSW] The Legislature of New South Wales enacts— 1 Name of Act This Act is the Public Health Amendment (Vaccination Compensation) Act 2021. 2 Commencement This Act commences on the date of assent to this Act. 3 Amendment of Public Health Act 2010 No 127 Section 137 Insert after section 136— 137 Liability to workers required to be vaccinated (1) This section applies if a relevant body requires a worker to be vaccinated against a disease prescribed by the regulations. (2) The relevant body is liable to pay compensation to the worker for any injury, loss or damage suffered by the worker as a result of the vaccine. (3) The relevant body continues to be liable to pay compensation to the worker until the worker’s death, even if the worker ceases to be employed or otherwise engaged by the relevant body. (4) In this section— relevant body, in relation to a worker, means the person or body that employs or otherwise engages the worker. worker of a relevant body includes a person engaged by, or on behalf of, the relevant body under a contract for services, but does not include a volunteer. And for Queensland we have this: WORKERS' COMPENSATION AND REHABILITATION ACT 2003 - SECT 32 Meaning of injury 32 Meaning of injury (1) An "injury" is personal injury arising out of, or in the course of, employment if the employment is a significant contributing factor to the injury. (2) However, employment need not be a contributing factor to the injury if section 34 (2) or 35 (2) applies. (3) "Injury" includes the following— (a) a disease contracted in the course of employment, whether at or away from the place of employment, if the employment is a significant contributing factor to the disease; (b) an aggravation of the following, if the aggravation arises out of, or in the course of, employment and the employment is a significant contributing factor to the aggravation— (i) a personal injury; (ii) a disease; (iii) a medical condition, if the condition becomes a personal injury or disease because of the aggravation; (c) loss of hearing resulting in industrial deafness if the employment is a significant contributing factor to causing the loss of hearing; (d) death from injury arising out of, or in the course of, employment if the employment is a significant contributing factor to causing the injury; (e) death from a disease mentioned in paragraph (a) , if the employment is a significant contributing factor to the disease; (f) death from an aggravation mentioned in paragraph (b) , if the employment is a significant contributing factor to the aggravation. (4) For subsection (3) (b) , to remove any doubt, it is declared that an aggravation mentioned in the provision is an injury only to the extent of the effects of the aggravation. (5) Despite subsections (1) and (3) , "injury" does not include a psychiatric or psychological disorder arising out of, or in the course of, any of the following circumstances— (a) reasonable management action taken in a reasonable way by the employer in connection with the worker’s employment; (b) the worker’s expectation or perception of reasonable management action being taken against the worker; (c) action by the Regulator or an insurer in connection with the worker’s application for compensation. Examples of actions that may be reasonable management actions taken in a reasonable way— • action taken to transfer, demote, discipline, redeploy, retrench or dismiss the worker • a decision not to award or provide promotion, reclassification or transfer of, or leave of absence or benefit in connection with, the worker’s employment. So in short for that segment it is speaking to the 'injury' which leaves the employer liable. It is unclear to the employers that they will be held accountable for such injuries and deaths that may occur due to the vaccines. Again- the Government has clearly avoided any liability whilst it expects business owners to be aware of what could come their way when most of them may not. Passing the buck again and sending business owners to do their dirty work of enforcing QR codes, face masks and vaccinations. In short, in order for vaccines to be enforced as a measure of freedom, one must have completed a BSCO with a Biosecurity Control Order Officer in order for individauls to be allowed to re-enter society and possibly even work or be able to visit, pubs, restaurants etc. Since this measure has not been done, I urge you to look closely at the actions of our Premiers and Prime Minister who are continuing to punch out these "health orders" which are unlawful and illegal and impinge on the human rights of all in society. Nobody has actually died 'from' covid but rather 'with', due to lack of appropriate care(Co-morbidity) and hospitals now treating inappropriately, whilst receiving funding for doing so. They are treating vaccinated people who are having adverse reactions in hospitals with Ivermectin and claiming the vaccine works. Whilst those attending hospital for other issues that are unvaccinated are simply put on ventilators to kill them and claiming they hadn't been vaccinated, whilst all the time lying to the public to once again spread fear and create more real-ness to the cause and driving the numbers up. This is outrageous, immoral, unethical not to mention treasonous with a big fat lick of crimes against humanity written all over it. I detect a Nuremberg 2 coming in our future and so I am asking you as our last bastion to be for the people, with the people and from the people to stand up and out against this tyranny now and bring clarity to the people about this most ridiculous and fake plandemic that must end now. Before I go I would like to mention that in many countries now they are using the following cheap and effective treatment. Zinc, Vit. D , Vit. C, Vit. D3, Quercetin, Ivermectin, Hydroxychloroquine, Epigallocatechin-gallate, Azithromycin. This is not about a virus! It is nothing more than a flu. My studies for the last 18 months have shown me it is about something else. Yes the flu mutates. Yes it kills people. But this is about control, a country take over with numerous UN Police treating people like criminals and these police who are working for the UN are absolute thugs. Premiers are out of control, outside the law and enforcing at a drop of a hat whatever whims come their way. Teenagers that were co-erced into the vaccination at 'Homebush golden ticket to get your Higher school certificate', have been reported that some of those children have died. Once again all hush, hush and the parents who can't even properly grieve their reason why they lost their child are under a suppression order if they speak out. When will this madness end??? My hope is that you will do the honourable thing since we can no longer rely on our Prime Minister and Health Ministers as well as Premiers collectively.They are proving their crimes against humanity, treasonous behaviour toward the people of this country. We are relying on you, your power of position as our Governer General and Commander In Chief of the Australian Defence Force to remember your constitutional duties.Your Reserve Powers. Remember your duty to your country: These duties are essential to Australia's modern democracy, however perhaps the most important role of the Governor-General is their work in the Australian community. Each year the Governor-General hosts or attends hundreds of events around the country and meet tens of thousands of Australians. They do this to celebrate the best of Australia and recognise the everyday Australians who, without fuss or fanfare, contribute to the lives of others and make Australia such a compassionate, harmonious and peaceful place. Constitutional duties The Governor-General has specific constitutional and statutory powers. The Governor-General acts on the advice of Ministers who are responsible to Parliament (and ultimately, through elections, the Australian people). Key constitutional duties include: Presiding over the Federal Executive Council Facilitating the work of the Commonwealth Parliament and Government Dissolving Parliament and issuing writs for a Federal election Commissioning the Prime Minister; appointing Ministers and Assistant Ministers; and swearing-in other statutory positions Holding and possibly exercising the Reserve Powers. Under the Australian Constitution, the only action performed by The Queen is the appointment of the Governor-General (on the advice of the Australian Prime Minister). We are awake. We will not give up. We will not give in. We will not concede to these tyrannical communist Nazi orders. The Government and Police serve us. We are the Government.
