Today we open a Tomb Raider. I remember being very surprised to find the Tomb Raider dioramas in Walmart back in the late 90s. I bought one of each of the carded sets at the time. I stored them for many years and sold them unfortunatly. The packaging on the carded dioramas was beautiful. If you are interested in Tomb Raider and can find them they would certainly display beautify in or out of the packaging. Playmates did some great work on this line. Lara was well packaged. Not only was she strapped in but her base was screwed on to the cardboard to keep her safe. To remove the last of the packaging I unscrewed the screws attaching her to the base. Lara's spear gun hand is one piece so you can not remove the spear gun. Her pistols sit snug the holsters on her hips but can be easily removed. They do not fit in her free hand though. There is some sort of damage or crust on her abs where one of the straps rested. I think there may have been a bit of plastic there to keep the strap from rubbing off the paint. It seems to have disintegrated and caused some crusty marks on her abs. I will see if i can clean that off. It may need some sanding and repainting though and it is not noticeable enough for me to go to that much trouble. I did not notice while I was filming but I found out there is a bit of articulation on this statue. You can turn her head side to side and her harpoon arm is on a swivel so you can move it up and down. I am very happy with this statue. If I can get my hands on more from this line I will unbox it here. Thank you for watching. Take it easy.

Today we open some small MOTU figures. I found these at my local dollar store. I got one of each of the different figures that they had. These look similar to other small metal figures but these are all plastic. The paint work is pretty good. The stands are solid. I like these little figures a lot. These would be great game pieces. Today we open some Touhou pillows. The UFO Catcher art is very nice and the printing looks great. These pillows are made from some shiny ribbon like material. This type of material tends to get thread pulls and damaged easily. There are stretchy string loops in one corner of the pillow and little buttons on the back of the opposite corner of the pillow so you can hang them from each other. Today we open a Juggernaut. Not just any Juggernaut though. This is a special transforming Juggernaut. The articulation is a little bit better than you might expect. The arms and legs are mostly free to move. There is a hinge at the elbow the hands are on a ball peg. There is even a hinge on the feet at the ankles. The head is fixed unless you are transforming Juggernaut. The normal Juggernaut human figure looks alright. The Vehicle is where this toy fails. The tank is pretty rough. There are several things to note while transforming this figure. The legs at the hip need to be pulled away from the body. They are on spring pegs that need to be pulled away from the body so that you can then slide the peg. The peg will lock in when it is slid far enough. This is the case for transforming the figure both ways. When you are working on the chest there is a slider under the chest part. When you are going to and from tank mode you need to slide this back and forth. The hands will not peg in to the front of the tank and the turret/head part of the tank will not sit properly otherwise. If the hands did not have the grey spikes on them this would be a fairly accurate looking Juggernaut and about the right size for the normal Toy Biz line even if he is a bit blocky. It is too bad they did not just make a deluxe juggernaut. Some light alteration and I think it would be a pretty good fit for the Toy Biz X-Men line. I hope you enjoyed the video. Today we open an Xamot. Xamot comes with two daggers, a sub machine gun, a single magazine and a suppressor. The SMG has a hole in the barrel and a mag well where the suppressor and magazine can be plugged in. The SMG fits in to Xamots hand with a finger in the trigger guard. The daggers fit snug in to Xamots hands. Xamot has two sheaths one on his hip and one on his ankle where you can store them. The figure has a very loud clicky ab crunch. Maybe this is normal for newer Classified but i do not recall the ab crunch being so loud on the older figures that I have. It also seems a bit loose. The red sash and grey pauldrun over his shoulder are flexible rubber to keep from limiting his articulation. I have always really liked Xamot and Tomax costume design. Today we open a Hatsune Miku block set. This is a great little set. The instructions were easy to follow. The bricks are all quality. The backing is made from foam board and printed. The printing is not that great but it looks fine. The twin tails plug in to her head and her hands plug in to her arms and can be rotated. The figure has a swivel at the neck and shoulders and a hinge at the waist. There are four sets of hair decoration that plug in to her twin tails. There are a bunch of these sets. Today we release the 1.5 Cirno. This 1.5 looks great. Her legs were a bit bent and needed to be shaped for her to sit properly. The bow material is cotton like the recent blue Reimu. I prefer this type of material to the ribbon like material that is easy to fray. I think her bow is way too small. Compared to the original V1 and this V1.5 the bow is tiny. V1 Cirno is a little smaller and also a bit thicker than the 1.5 baka. Both Bakas are great but I will probably look for a larger neck bow for my 1.5. Gift is keeping the quality solid. There are no stray strings or poor stitching that i noticed. Her hair is well formed, cut and attached. What a nice little Baka. If you want one keep an eye on Amiami. Today we open an Elephant man. This Elephant man has two heads, a backpack and an axe. One head has an articulated snout while the other has a squirt feature. Unlike the vintage figure you squeeze the rubbery back pack then place the trunk in to water and release the back pack to suck up water. You can then squeeze the backpack to spray. The other backpack that does not have hoses attached to it is solid plastic and both backpacks clip on to the rubbery harness. The body harness is removable. The axe has a kind of hand guard or handle on its handle. Snout spout can grip both. You have the typical origins articulation here. I really enjoy these origins figures. Today we open a Megatron. I love the idea of these Transformer x GIJOE crossovers. The packaging looks great! Megatron and the H.I.S.S. tank look alright. The articulation is also fine. Some of the paint on Megatron just looks cheap though. Megatrons blaster looks awful. The transformation is very rough. It reminds me of one of the Machine robo figures. Maybe they did what they had to do to make the transformation work but it is not fun to transform at all. There are a lot of dangly bits and some of the fits are not very good. On the other hand the Baroness O Ring figure is great! The card she is on is printed well but the card is very thin and cheap. The figure herself is great and her accessories are very nice. Why don't you release these O Ring figures Hasbro? Even if they are on cheap card backs like this Baroness figure get them in stores! Hasbro just does not seem to like making money. Today we assemble a dynamite brick set. This build has both a timer and a fuse that is lit. The bent fuses are pretty cleverly done. I will assume the lit fuse and timer are just to give the builder options as you would probably not light a fuse if you have a timer. Today we assemble a small hotel to add to our growing boot-lego street. The picture of this set is much better looking than the actual set. The picture makes the set appear more golden while the actual blocks are some shade of brown. Aside from the dull brown bricks this is a good set. It looks like it should build wise. The translucent bricks make it much more interesting lit up as wall. The instructions were fairly easy to follow. I did have to fix a few placed parts as i progressed during the build but it was nothing major. As usual with these sets the bricks fit together nice and tight and stay together.
