This week I ask you to look deeper into who you are. Not just as a person or all the labels we put on ourselves. But the true fullness of every aspect of who we are.

This week I ask an interesting question that was asked a few weeks ago. And it led me to another question which has led me to start a process of significant change in my life. join me as we look at life from a different perspective

I believe this to be a very pointed question. which has an answer not commonly looked at. After all what is external freedom if you don't have internal freedom.

We are living in a time when everything seems to be going in the wrong direction. There is lots of uncertainty. Banks are collapsing, the markets are unstable, the cost of goods are going up. It is getting increasingly harder for people to make ends meet. Hold on there is more to the story. There is actually something good coming out of all that we are seeing. Join me this week to find where I gain my strength and confidence.

I discuss the importance of forgiving yourself of the things you are ashamed of. Wrongs you feel you have committed, and letting go of any negative thoughts you have towards yourself.

this week I bring up the question of science and faith. and make an tempt to show how the two are a lot closer than we tend to think. I also suggest we shouldn't just turn our minds off because of what people tell us.

This week I talk more about change. I touch on the cycle of change and looking deep within ourselves. The world is changing and we are all a part of that change. we have the amazing opportunity to really make a difference not only for ourselves but for everyone around us.

In this video I discus the idea of living in abundance from a non monetary point of view.

This week I talk about the many ways our government systems have over the years slowly removed power from we the people and taken it for themselves. leading to corruption and systems of government that no longer serve us. I also bring to light how we can begin to take back the power that is truly ours.

I talk about some random things I have learned this past year.

In this video I talk about polarization and differing perspectives. All to do with our outlook on who we are and the situations that happen around ourselves. I discuss ways we talk to ourselves and how it can have a either a positive or negative effect on who we are and how we respond to things that happen.

I go quite a bit deeper as to how I am actually doing right now. Sometimes we Hide our true feelings, and as a result it tends to cause other issues in our bodies. I am taking the opportunity to express myself in a deeper way. and really getting with the emotions that I tend to suppress.

I talk about the meaning of Christmas.

I discuss some of my dreams and aspirations as well as some of the things I would like to see develop in the world. i also ask some questions around what holds us back from living our dreams.

This video is all about a dream I had. It was very intense and reminded me of the book of revelation in the bible. It gave me an interesting sense of how John would have felt after seeing the things he saw during his vision.

Often when we think of war, we think of world events like what is happening between Russia and the Ukraine. What if the real war is far more sinister, and has been going on for much longer than any of us have been alive. What if the real war goes much deeper than what is seen on the evening news or found on some internet page.

I give a overall idea of what I see happening in the world today. where I see things going. The most important thing I bring up is having faith that God has everything in control and all will work out in the end.

We often hear the phrase relationships are all about give and take. or compromise. in this video I am challenging us to look at the idea of give and receive, and what the difference is between the two.

I revisit the idea of self love and discuss more on the importance of it and ask some questions around it.

In this video I demonstrate rage. how to be with this emotion in a healthy way. This is an emotion we often suppress and put a bad name to it because we have seen many times people in our lives or even ourselves lose control in a fit of rage. I also talk about my experience with anger and how I have pushed it down over the years. During the demonstration I will use a swear word and be projecting my voice very loudly.
