The media called this a "violent insurrection" and suggested that patriots used "Chemical Irritants" on police. The truth is some patriots were batting tear-gas cannisters out of the sky and back at the police with their flags. This clip shows the oathbreakers own gas canister unloading it's content amongst them as they amble about, confused and incompetent.

The police started it. They were firing tear-gas, pepperspray, and shooting what seemed like pepperspray paintballs into the crowd, despite having been 100% peaceful. The police antagonized the crowd for almost an hour before the crowd reacted.
