My story shows the massive personal struggle that I undertook to heal. It includes childhood sexual abuse, as well as a life-changing spiritual experience, and how that shaped my life. The inability to feel our feelings is what will enable us to say NO to the challenges we face in the world, yet we haven't been taught how to do this. In this video I discuss some of the things that we're facing, along with a general somatic healing technique of "how to feel fear," or feelings for that matter. It's an incredible time to be alive and if we can learn to integrate our trauma and ground into our bodies as we do so, we can survive anything! I am offering a free somatic healing session to whoever may want to do this technique online with me. This would be especially powerful for those who struggle with addictions, body pain, or any compulsive disorder, so that we can show others how they can heal. I wrote this blues song in an advanced poetry class in a highly vaxxed, controlled, PNW university in Vancouver, Canada. I was censored in this course continually for writing about CV issues - very strong bias against speaking out against the primary narratives.

This talk is given from my perspective as a somatic therapist, and someone who suffered sexual abuse as a child. Ten Minutes of Care <3 Happy Holidays Everyone. I hope that during this holiday season, you find some gentle self-love and self-care time, with friends and family, and taking really good care of yourself. The main purpose of this video is a plea for our kid's safety and freedom. There are things coming down the pike that could seriously endanger all of us, and we won't find the solution through division and finger pointing. We must stand together to solve this, putting nature and human rights first. I express my desire to extend apologies to friends & loved ones who are following the primary narrative, as my alternate opinions may have been challenging to read or watch. However, please know that I'm being authentic with my concerns because I believe that if we don't come out of the slumber we're in, we could be in a totalitarian world soon. Our kids would be living in something that would resemble a jail more than liberty. First things first ~ for the love of our kids. ~ Apologies ~ Much Love
