Crazy Kittens destroy full litter box & try to cover it up!
Litter training should be reasonably easy once your kittens have been trained, or so you think....
Our 2 Kittens have been totally trained in the litter box now for some time. Until one afternoon we had come home to realise that the litter box is now, also the play area!
After seeing that the box and paper had been torn apart, we were wondering where the remains were??
And more importantly, which one was to blame...
I think it’s clear to see which Kitten was guilty one. So hard to be angry when she realised and tries to cover it back up!
The cutest little girls. :)

ARE PINK BEACHES REAL?
Praia do Forno beach with pink sand in Buzios, Brazil is a destination that any beach lover needs to visit!
Praia De Forno gets its light pink sand & its hue from thousands of broken coral pieces, shells, and calcium carbonate materials left behind by foraminifera (tiny marine creatures with red and pink shells) that live in the coral reefs that surround the beach."
They also say that the pink coloured sand helps to get tanned faster, so be careful.

DINOSAUR FOOTPRINTS FOUND IN BOLIVIA!
At the Bolivia Cal Orcko Parque, workers found the largest concentration of dinosaur footprints in the world on a giant 3,900 ft. long by 260 ft. high wall. These 68 million year old impressions derive from the Late Cretaceous Period when the place that we now call Cal Orcko, 5 km west of Sucre, Bolivia, was the shore of a huge lake. A menagerie of prehistoric animals came here to drink, eat, run, romp and fight, and while doing so, they left their tracks behind. These impressions solidified in the clay shorelines during dry periods, only to be covered up by more sediment that would gather more prints. Hence, layer upon layer of dinosaur footprints are now visible in the crumbling cliffside at this incredible paleontological site in South America.
About 5055 footprints are strewn across the dinosaur wall, with 462 different tracks that were made by 15 different types of dinosaurs . “Most impressive of these is the world-record setting 347-meter trail left by a baby Tyrannosaurus Rex known as ‘Johnny Walker'”. (Sucre Life, “Sucre’s Dinosaur Park and Footprints” 2017).

"7 WONDERS OF THE WORLD MACHU PICCHU!!"
During a 4 day trek through the Andes Mountain range & across the ancient Inca Trails, our final day resulted in seeing one of the "7 wonders of the World" in its full glory.
Machu Picchu, is truly an untouched piece of history. Machu Picchu was built in the classical Inca style, with polished dry-stone walls. Its three primary structures are the Intihuatana, the Temple of the Sun, and the Room of the Three Windows. Most of the outlying buildings have been reconstructed in order to give tourists a better idea of how they originally appeared. By 1976, 30% of Machu Picchu had been restored and restoration continues.
Machu Picchu was declared a Peruvian Historic Sanctuary in 1981 and a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983. In 2007, Machu Picchu was voted one of the New Seven Wonders of the World in a worldwide Internet poll.
Most archaeologists believe that Machu Picchu was constructed as an estate for the Inca emperor Pachacuti (1438–1472). Often mistakenly referred to as the "Lost City of the Incas", it is the most familiar icon of Inca civilization. The Incas built the estate around 1450 but abandoned it a century later at the time of the Spanish conquest. Although known locally, it was not known to the Spanish during the colonial period and remained unknown to the outside world until American historian Hiram Bingham brought it to international attention in 1911.

Once we were finished, we decided to have a nap & woke up to this super cute lizard feeding on our left overs. He seemed happily enough feeding next to us & didn’t care that we were there. Once he was finished we moved on to our next beach & took all trash (Banana remains) with us. Such an amazing experience!

EXTREMELY RARE FOOTAGE OF TURTLES LAYING EGGS!!
What an AMAZING EXPERIENCE myself & my wife came across, during our stay in Costa Rica!! Rare footage of wild sea turtles LAYING there eggs!
One of Costa Rica’s most beloved seaside visitors is the sea turtle. And you could say that sea turtles love Costa Rica right back. Year after year, they return to the same Costa Rica beaches to lay their eggs. One of the most spectacular displays of this is the arribada, or the annual arrival of hundreds of thousands of sea turtles to lay their eggs under the new moon. If you’re one for wildlife, you shouldn’t miss this natural spectacle. Read on to discover more about Costa Rica sea turtles, the top places for nesting, and when to visit.
Most turtle nesting sites in Costa Rica require visits through authorized access points with a guide to protect the turtles and this important natural phenomenon. If you choose to visit a turtle nesting site, please follow your guide’s instructions and keep interaction to a minimum.
Perhaps one of the most popular destinations for viewing turtles in Costa Rica is Tortuguero or the “Region of Turtles” on the North Caribbean Coast. Tortuguero is an intricate maze of jungle canals and wild beaches where green turtles, leatherback, hawksbill, and loggerhead sea turtles come to nest. Tortuguero Beach is the largest nesting site for the endangered green sea turtles in the Western Hemisphere.
When to visit for green turtles: July – mid-October (peak: August – September)
When to visit for leatherback sea turtles: February – June (peak: March – April)
This is a definite must I do experience!! :))

WILD PARROTS ATTACK TOURISTS!
During a Jungle trek into the Bolivian jungles, a couple of tourists stumbled upon a WILD Parrot who seemed friendly until one got a little to close.
After feeding in some bread the parrot turned to the camera & decided that it was a little to close, & decided to take a bite!! Luckily no one, neither the Parrot was hurt in this video!
Feral parrot flocks can be formed after mass escapes of newly imported, wild-caught parrots from airports or quarantine facilities. Large groups of escapees have the protection of a flock and possess the skills to survive and breed in the wild. Some feral parakeets may have descended from escaped zoo birds.
Escaped or released pets rarely contribute to establishing feral populations. Escapes typically involve only one or a few birds at a time, so the birds do not have the protection of a flock and often do not have a mate. Most captive-born birds do not possess the necessary survival skills to find food or avoid predators and often do not survive long without human caretakers. However, in areas where there are existing feral parrot populations, escaped pets may sometimes successfully join these flocks.

Ultimate Birthday Surprise!
Want to surprise your loved one?
The Sagrada Família is truly Amazing and very surreal to see, it’s something straight from a fairy tale.
Relying solely on private donations, the Sagrada Família's construction progressed slowly and was interrupted by the Spanish Civil War. In July 1936, revolutionaries set fire to the crypt and broke their way into the workshop, partially destroying Gaudí's original plans, drawings and plaster models, which led to 16 years work to piece together the fragments of the master model. Construction resumed to intermittent progress in the 1950s. Advancements in technologies such as computer aided design and computerised numerical control (CNC) have since enabled faster progress and construction passed the midpoint in 2010. However, some of the project's greatest challenges remain, including the construction of ten more spires, each symbolising an important Biblical figure in the New Testament. It is anticipated that the building can be completed by 2026, the centenary of Gaudí's death.
On 19 March 1882, construction of the Sagrada Família began under architect Francisco de Paula del Villar. In 1883, when Villar resigned, Gaudí took over as chief architect, transforming the project with his architectural and engineering style, combining Gothic and curvilinear Art Nouveau forms. Gaudí devoted the remainder of his life to the project, and he is buried in the crypt. At the time of his death in 1926, less than a quarter of the project was complete.

Scuba Diver Swims Among Massive School Of Fish
There are many wonders hidden in the salty blue waters of the oceans. Truth be told, we know only a small percent of what is really happening in the oceans, almost as much as we know the vastness of the universe. We speculate that life began in the acidic waters of the oceans millenia ago and that should give us an inkling of the true power these vast blue masses on our planet possess.
It is fascinating to watch how the marine organisms function in an environment so different than ours. Amazingly they too have some similar behavioral characteristics as us. Smaller marine animals tend to move in large groups around the icy waters in order to defend themselves from larger predators. The big marine hunters actually roam the oceans alone, keeping more of the potential catch for themselves.
The large groups of marine animals are actually called schools, and this scuba diver was lucky enough to get in the middle of one and film it in Sipidan, Malaysia. The school is created out of fish swimming in a tight-knit group in circles trying to keep the line and don’t let any stray fish outside and into the hungry jaws of the predators. The school can split up and reform once again in order to evade the hunters and this way they manage to only lose a small amount of fighters instead of the whole school. Isn’t that fascinating?!

Amazing Diving with the Green Humphead parrotfish!
The green humphead parrotfish. They are found on reefs in the Indian and Pacific Oceans, from the Red Sea in the west to Samoa in the east, and from the Yaeyama Islands in the north to the Great Barrier Reef, Australia, in the south. This species does not display sex-associated patterns of color change. The adult develops a bulbous forehead and the teeth plates are exposed, being only partly covered by lips. The species is slow-growing and long-lived (up to 40 years), with delayed reproduction and low replenishment rates.
This species is gregarious and usually occurs in small aggregations, but group size can be quite large on seaward and clear outer lagoon reefs, exceeding 75 individuals.

Wild Alpacas in Andes Mountains
Travelling through the Amazing Andes mountains I came across these Wild Alpaca & decided video my experience. At 4000m above sea level, however keeping up with them is easier said than done! The Air/Co2 is so thin.
Alpacas are kept in herds that graze on the level heights of the Andes of southern Peru, western Bolivia, Ecuador, and northern Chile at an altitude of 3,500 m (11,500 ft) to 5,000 m (16,000 ft) above sea level, throughout the year. Alpacas are considerably smaller than llamas, and unlike llamas, they were not bred to be working animal, but were bred specifically for their fiber. Alpaca fiber is used for making knitted and woven items, similar to wool.
As a result of the Spanish invasion, alpacas were forced to move higher into the mountains and remained there permanently. Although alpacas had almost been wiped out completely, they were rediscovered sometime during the 19th century by Europeans. After finding uses for them the animals became important to societies during the industrial revolution.
Today, alpacas can be found all over the world, only excluding the Antarctic.
