Body 3 - Food & Toxicity
The other side of the equation when it comes to food and vibration involves eliminating toxic foods that drain life-force energy, and are difficult for the body to break down. Toxicity also accumulates in the body and drains energy that would normally be experienced as an expansion of consciousness.

18. Revisiting Values - Congruency
Another way we can identify unconscious patterns is to acknowledge that we are out of alignment with our values. Having an awareness of something is the first step to shifting it. 17. Love & Self-Love
Love isn't something we do, it's who and what we are. When we are disconnected from our true nature we develop distorted associations about what we think love is. When we accept and love ourselves, every aspect of our lives falls effortlessly into place.

14. Judgements Part 3 - Owning Projections
A significant leap in consciousness occurs when an individual acknowledges that their judgements are projections in disguise -- reflective of their own unresolved pain. If you feel strong judgement energy in your body, it's yours -- that same low vibrational energy you are casting out onto someone else as an act of denying it within yourself. Own each judgement, one by one, as your own energy and expression. Follow up with the Self-Forgiveness Practice (see video).

13. Addiction & Denial
On the path to raising consciousness, healing addictions provides an immediate lift in vibrational frequency. Addiction and denial are complementary energies, as no one ever wants to admit they are addicted to something that is harmful. That's why excuses, rationalizations and reframing the truth come into play. The physical addictions and the psychological attachments both limit the expansion of consciousness.
