So I was rocking out in the garage and this happened!

Every culture has a version of potato and leek soup. I'd like to think our version is welsh, but whatever it's true ethnicity, you can't go wrong with it. A bit more of a special occasion soup, but well worth making. People will absolutely love it. Serve it with a crusty bread, some chives, and a cold Amber Ale.
