It took us 2 days but we finally got the Gen1 Coyote swapped from our 2014 F150 and firmly planted in our 1995 F150 Frame and it was a GLORIOUS MOMENT. Thanks for watching this build, there is plenty more to do in the coming weeks.

This week we finished up some final welding before applying the Eastwood Rust Encapsulator to our 1995 F150 Frame. The final step before installing our COYOTE!!!!!! We didn't have an opinion before application, but we sure do now.

Just another week at JMR Rebuilders and the F150 cab removal, but not without major stress. We definitely found out the WRONG WAY to remove a cab from a 1995 F150.

The Blanco Longo gets road worthy and ready to sell this week. She wasn't looking very good with her shifted rear so that had to be fixed! It's a fun episode leading up to the Coyote Swap!

We really did have our hearts set on a Red 1996 F150, but then our dreams were dashed by someone in Texas. We thought, there can't be another truck that old in that good of condition. We were wrong. Watch this week's episode and find out how did we ended up buying the Blanco Longo from Copart.

We need to get this 1995 F150 LOWERED! Will the Crown Vic steering line up after we remove the body lift? This week it took some work to remove those rusted body mounts, but Victory was ours! We did have some steering shaft issues though! Let us know what you would do.

It's Crown Vic Swap Kit Boxing Day at JMR Rebuilders. This week we box in our frame to Team 1 2 3 adapter kit for our Crown Vic Front end. Just one note... we've not really welded much or fabricated frame parts....ever. Check out our terrible welds and the end results. Sometimes you just have to try new things.

Fixing our alignment issues our our Crown Vic Swap Front end was the task at hand this week. The frame isn't sitting down flush on the Crown Vic front crossmember, the trailing is hitting the frame and our locator pin doesn't line up.
