DO NOT feel guilty for needing to be paid for your work / time. Most new businesses fail, that's just reality. Working on someone ELSE'S project with hopes of being paid in the future is extremely risky. (of course it may pay off, but the odds simply aren't in your favor)

You don't HAVE to be the face of your business. With so much talk about "personal brands" I think it's important to bring this up from time to time. In fact, I see a lot of accounts here on social media that could benefit from creating a separate account that represents their business entity. I totally understand if you cringe when you hear or see terms like NFT, WEB 3.0, METAVERSE, BLOCKCHAIN, CRYPTO ...... However, they are very much a part of the future. Like any new & disruptive technology, there are growing pains, a lack of clear information and of course scammers take advantage of this. Stories of scams, theft and bad actors make headlines and inhibit greater adoption. Basically they give us a bad name and do not accurately represent the underlying technology or use cases. Early adopters have been focused on building a new industry & growing new communities, tbh they (we) haven't done a great job telling our story. The good news is that NFT enthusiasts are really starting to see the value in branching out to multiple social media platforms in order to regain control of the narrative & educate the general public. #jgraydigital #nfts #metaverse #crypto #web3 #blockchain #cringe
