Water therapy schedule: every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM WIB.

The initial fee for new members of Aquatic for the Elderly is IDR 50,000 per person.

The fee at the Ciracas Sports Hall Swimming Pool ticket counter for water therapy is IDR 8,000. Inside the Ciracas Sports Hall swimming pool, visit the Aquatic for the Elderly admin. Meet Mrs. Isabella. The water therapy fee is IDR 10,000 per water therapy session.

Aquatic for the Elderly includes:

1. Land gymnastics

Aquatic for the Elderly is very beneficial for hospital patients. Harapan Bunda Hospital, Sentra Medika Hospital, National Police Hospital, Pasar Rebo Regional Hospital, Ciracas Regional Hospital, Cipayung Regional Hospital, and other hospitals recommended by neurologists for swimming and water therapy for those experiencing pinched nerves, knee pain, back pain, mild stroke, and numbness in the hands and feet. It is also highly recommended for those experiencing high cholesterol, high blood pressure, fatigue, dementia, obesity, frequent dizziness, and lack of exercise.
