Star Citizen once planned for the PvP slider which is now not a thing anymore but what about the Private Servers which allowed ship building, planet making and PvE only? I have looked all over for official news on this and from what I can find, it's still planned but that's only because there is no info on it being cancelled. The Engineering Manual, which is a 'how to' guide for private servers and modding, is still available on the pledge store as well as in some larger game packages. I don't really care that much if PvE servers and Modded Servers don't happen. I am intrigued by modded servers but I plan to mainly play the LIVE build. This is our first deployment mission of a 4 day operation in Afghanistan, Kunar province. With one of our members out due to internet issues, the remaining forces go speak to the village elder of a nearby settlement to gain information on possible suspects operating in the valley. =========================================================== We at the 6th LMB are a new unit based around the British Forces primarily 'The Rifles' as well as a small element in the Army Air Corps and a casual US army element. The unit's structure and equipment are based around the 2012-2018 deployments mixed up to fit the current game build. We utilise knowledge from 2 former British Army soldiers as well as the casual US army by a former US army soldier. We are a UK based unit but host later in the evening to accommodate those in the USA to take part also. We deliberately made it so almost every role has a qualification mainly to instruct the user on how it is done but to also have a progression tree for people to follow. However, if you have no wish to progress out of a rifleman role, basic training is the only class you would be required to take. The US Army side is a little more casual. We only require basic training to be completed to make sure players can play the game and after that, only Pilots, Snipers and Armored Vehicle operators to complete qualifications (To prevent spam). This means roles such as marksman, MG operators etc. do NOT require quals. With the 2 separate forces, we operate on the same mission and may have different objectives depending on the deployment. The story created will show for this too. You must however; [*]Be over the age of 16 [*]Have a microphone [*]Understand that the UK side requires quals to be achieved to progress. [*]Understand that we will not fast track anyone. Even if you claim to be a former super secret squirrel. [*]Own a legitimate copy of Arma Reforger Be willing to attend at least 2 operational missions per month and 1 training exercises / quals / schools per month. We have plans in place to open up the AAC when we get more members which will provide a transport role only. We also have plans for UKSF when we gain more members as an 'End Game' for the British Side. We have ZERO plans for the British Forces to run with armor such as tanks. The US Army side will provide that support with the M1A1 Abrams and Bradley AFV's. So while being rather bored, I attempted this "Low Fly" thing some fool keeps posting in my discord. Now I can barely fly on a good day with mouse and keyboard so this was not really going to be a success. It failed before I woke up let alone took off. While interesting to try, the area I was flying on wasn't the best but was closest to mess about on. This was done in a Razor which does not have the best cockpit view either. What is known however, is that they are predominantly former UEE navy personnel who serve in a pro-UEE nature taking on taskings sometimes issued by the navy themselves. The 19th NAS also seems to hold traditions of the British Navy of the 19th Century in terms of its structure, ship names and ranks. What is also known is that drinking tea is NOT enforced by law. Recent history still regards The 19TH NAS as a largely unknown organisation, however those who have spoke its name all have one thing in common, If something is wrong, they will deal with it with too much explosives, so be weary of bringing them into a delicate situation. They have recently been spotted on the borders of some systems dealing with pirate threats as well as some search and rescue operations in neighbouring systems. Currently, The 19TH NAS operates a former UEE Idris Frigate as its primary flagship as well as other large vessels for long term missions all over the known, and unknown regions of space.
