Our health and sanity depend on having healthy social connections. We need each other as allies. Yet if we are in a defensive state, we aren't able to form healthy connections and we get locked in lower consciousness. Most of what we were told to believe since COVID was a lie. There were 2 key tools used to spin and sell this lie to the public. It's challenging to find the courage to speak up about the abuse in an abusive system. I was being a coward at first, even though I saw what was happening early in 2020. Censorship and propaganda are forms of information control. The media and governments controlled the information around COVID in order to engineer a new reality that they called the New Normal. New language was introduced in 2020 and quickly adopted all around the world, translated into all languages. The language that we use holds reality together. They used language to anchor the new reality into the collective consciousness, and then they used people as pawns to create that reality in the world. The third parameter of the Stockholm Syndrome is the perceived life threat. Through neuroception, our nervous systems are constantly reading signals in the environment for safety and threat. When we feel safe, we are able to access higher states of consciousness and our social engagement system allows us to connect with others. When we sense danger, our mobilization system of fight or flight become engaged to get us out of danger. However, when the nervous system senses a life threat, it collapses into a "freeze" response. In this immobilized state of overwhelming stress, a person cannot intake new information. Their brain and nervous system is completely shutdown. Over a period of time, dissociation may develop, where there's a mind-body split and the person zones out in order to escape the pain and overwhelming stress. This is an adaptive survival response to a repetitive perceived life threat over time. This happens in ongoing situations of abuse and trauma. For some, the post-2020 perceived life threat is the virus or other people as the vectors, while for others the perceived life threat is the tyranny. The second parameter of the Stockholm Syndrome is the perceived act of kindness. The abuse only works when the target gets periodically dosed with actions that are perceived to be good. Abusers use intermittent reinforcement (the sweet-mean cycle of reward and punishment) in order to get the target to work harder for the reward, to invest more in the relationship or situation, and to develop an obsession with compliance. The intermittent reinforcement over time causes Cognitive Dissonance, a state of inner conflict in which the target's mind spits into the part that knows they're being abused and the other part that really wants to believe the abuser has good intentions or that they'll "get back to the good times". In society we saw people push away real and rational evidence because their mind wanted to believe in the good of their leaders who would never lie or deceive them. We saw people wanting to "get back to normal" so they continued to comply with increasingly degrading and destructive demands for compliance. The fourth and final parameter of the Stockholm Syndrome is the perceived inability to escape. Over time, a person can feel that they cannot escape an abusive or otherwise traumatic life situation. Even if there are no prison walls, it feels like there's no way out. This creates a psycho-neuro-spiritual state of captivity that's often referred to as learned helplessness. The target of abuse will become debilitated and collapsed from the ongoing demoralization. They begin to feel like they have no control over their life situation due to the continual adverse experiences. This distorted perception of captivity feels very real. Eventually, a person arrives in a state of spiritual bankruptcy, where all faith is lost and the only thing that remains is a devastatingly lonely and terrifying state of emptiness. This is how people get locked into the victimhood consciousness in abusive relationships, including the post-2020 world. The first parameter of the Stockholm Syndrome is forced isolation. The abuser must isolate the target from other people. The key is psychological isolation from outside perspectives. The target must be exposed relentlessly to the abuser's narrative and become fully subscribed to it. This was achieved during the COVID pandemic through domestic confinement, social distancing, a bombardment of information in the media and social media where censorship and propaganda trended. The forced isolation messaging of the global Stockholm Syndrome was mainly delivered through technological devices. The abusers pumped out their messaging around the world while their enablers among the people did their bidding by spreading it through their social networks. There is one thing that the abuser ALWAYS has to control in order to isolate the target for the abuse to take place. It's happening at an unprecedented level all around the world since 2020 and continuing to get worse. Cognitive dissonance is an inner conflict between 2 ideas, beliefs, perceptions or information. This creates an uncomfortable feeling that can cause a person to discard valuable new information that contradicts the perception of reality that they previously believed (and still want to believe). The mind copes with the stress of the discomfort by retreating into states of denial and defense. This is a survival mechanism. 2+ years into the global abuse, many people are in a similar situation to a person in an abusive relationship or family. In this clip from my interview with Jeff Witzeman of Health Freedom for Humanity, we talk about my work with psychological abuse survivors and how that's related to what's happening now. Jeff shares insights from his work in advocating for kids in schools who are being forced into compliance, against their constitutional right to an education, as well as the dilemma of parents between whether to keep fighting for their kids' rights in the school system or leaving the abusive system entirely. The biggest challenge, whether in an abusive relationship, family or society, is helping people realize that the system is abusive and that won't change. This acceptance is necessary for people who don't want to participate in the system of compliance, so they can liberate themselves into a new life of health, sanity and sovereignty. Part of the ideology they're pushing on us since 2020 is self-sacrifice for the "greater good". We, individuals form the collective. What happens to the collective when we individuals sacrifice ourselves? This is an anti-life philosophy and the morality of cannibalism. And this isn't just the ideology applied to the pandemic. It's the same depraved morality that is pushing all the new narratives and mass formations. Like a victim of abuse, the perpetrators want us to be collapsed, on the floor, so we forget how to get back up and take our power back.

This is the challenge and the opportunity in trauma. It is both destructive and awakening. The integration process after trauma is the key to stop repeating the past and to liberate yourself to create a new future for yourself and the next generations. If we don't allow the trauma to destroy us, we can transmute it into the gift of new consciousness.

The systems and structures of our world are collapsing. We can either grip on tighter as it's falling apart and imploding, where we will keep complying with things that are against our values and destroying us. Or we can make the courageous step to exit the abusive system before it destroys itself and everything in it. When stepping out of an abusive social system and creating a new life for yourself, it's important to find allies who share a similar perception of reality. Speaking the truth is one of the quickest ways to find out who really has your back when it most matters.

The wound cuts deep and opens us to a place we were unable to see before. The trauma will often numb the pain, making it difficult to heal when we don't know what the pain is about. The wound is difficult to contact at first, so we can observe the adaptation to the wound, which shows up in the defense mechanisms in our relational dynamics with others. There's often an unconscious conflict due to the trauma, causing obstacles to connection and thriving in life. As we resolve this conflict and connect with the wound, we have the opportunity for awakening, growth and a greater sense of connection with self, others and the Divine. Whether it's an abusive family system or society, there are predictable patterns that take place when a person awakens to the reality of the abuse. It's important to see the Big Picture of what's going on. Yet one of the biggest challenges to overcome in that process is the Cognitive Dissonance. Even if there wasn't censorship, information control and reality control... even if people had access to the truth, it's so hard to face when they're in that state of dissonance. The depravation of human rights is taking place without most people realizing. It's the same thing that keeps abuse victims in the relationship. The perpetrator flattens the target's self-worth, making them believe that they're not worthy of basic human dignity. This is why people don't even realize we're losing our basic human rights around the world. The perpetrators want to violate our consent and coerce our compliance. This theme will continue from crisis to crisis until we remember our God-given worthiness as humans, which no earthly master has the right to take from us.
