In a world filled with challenges, I found solace and empowerment in two unexpected places: reading and gaming. These seemingly unrelated activities not only helped me navigate through difficult times but also inspired me to make a positive impact on the mental health of others. Today, I want to share my story and offer support to those who may be struggling, just as I once did.

Depression ain’t easy and lately it creeps up on you. It will take the best parts of you for some time and make you feel like you don’t want to work or even live today. You have to change your surroundings to find happiness and success.
These feelings are hard to shake and you will feel fatigued, sadness, difficulty concentrating, sleeping problems, negative thinking, isolation, and losing interest on what motivates you.
