This is in loving memory of Elvis Presley. As you all probably know, Elvis was born January 8, 1935, in Tupelo, Mississippi. I remember the day he died August 16, 1977. Me and my cousin were watching a re-run of Gilligan’s Island when a local weatherman interrupted the show to share the terrible news. This is video of mushrooms I found in the woods while hiking. My research leads me to believe it is a type of Honey Fungus. No I did NOT taste it in ANY way so I don’t know if it tastes like honey. I read it’s named “honey” because of its coloring. DO NOT EAT ANY wild mushrooms that look like the ones in this video. I am NOT certain about what kind they actually are. I am no expert at identifying mushrooms and / or fungi. Did you know the Armillaria ostoyae fungi (which I suspect this is) replaced the big Blue Whale as being the largest living organism on this planet? My son rescued a ringneck snake and here’s the video. He moved it from the driveway to the woods. Looked as if it liked its new home.

This crawfish actually walked over to my son and tried to climb up his finger.

My son found a male Stag Beetle trapped upside down. He freed it and placed it in a much better environment.
