Are audiobooks as good as a real physical book? The answer is yes and no. . Audiobooks are great because you get to do other things while listening to a book. Mowing the grass? Why not listen to how to level up your sales skills. Need to wash your dishes? Why not listen to a book on bettering your mindset. Audiobooks are great for those long car rides. . Physical books are great because of the tactile feel and the smell of the pages. It also gives you the ability to highlight and write in the margins. Real books also allow you to process heavier information. Things like 12 rules for life is amazing in the physical book (although Jordan Peterson is a great reader). I do both and use them for different reasons. Sometimes I buy both so I can read the same book in different situations. Review of "Pocket Full of Do" by Chris Do. This book is so good. I loved how there was pretty much 175 points. Each page was it's own thing in each chapter. The design was amazing and the copy was well written. I sat and read my book with coffee in hand and just challenged my thinking. Chris Do is in the position he is in for a reason and I need to challenge myself every day if I want to get to his level. I gave this book an 8 out of 10. On this video, I discuss what I use to help keep me focused and have productive days. One of the things I battle with is adult ADD and I will use anything to try and get me to work on one thing. I tend to work on 12 things at the same time and finish none of them. I have to continue to work on staying focused and working on things one at a time. Having depression and anxiety wrecks your memory and your energy. Sometimes it is difficult to get out of bed and go out and seize the day. These are things that I use, every day, to get things done.
