The Climate Control Insulation Tape is Murray 59010 available at O'Reilly's

It is a cork / asphalt insulating tape you will see used by oem's. You want to apply it with clear side left on and on the outside. White portion gets discarded as you peel it off with sticky side on the inside against your piping where needed.
