EMDR for PTSD
A Q&A format of information provided about EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapy involving first responder personnel. This unique perspective is coming from a first responder of about 20 years of service , Circa 1999-2019, and provides answers to seven important questions as it relates to the treatment of PTSD via EMDR with a particular patient base being that of first responders. This Q&A session will benefit both, First Responders with PTSD and the Therapists engaged in providing EMDR therapy to the unique circumstances posed by treating first responder patients.
