Peach Canning + Fermented Garlic
This video took us a few weeks, we had a busy summer. We canned fresh jam, salsa and some cinnamon peach slices. It was so much work but worth it.

Fermented Garlic should be flipped over every other day and allow to breathe then put lid back on. Store on counter for 3-4 weeks after that you should have a healthy immune boost in a jar. Can put in the fridge and can store for months. Local raw honey is best when doing this project.

Banana Bread Recipe-
1 stick of melted butter
1 cup pf brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla
5 bananas
1 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup of walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 F. Blend dry ingredients then add melted butter, vanilla, eggs, and banana.
Top with nuts of your choice.

110g Egg Whites
55g Cane Sugar
95g Almond Flour
180g Confectionary Sugar
-To make It lemon I added 1 tsp of lemon flavoring and 2 drops of yellow food coloring.
My Base Buttercream-
1 Stick of Unsalted butter [Softened]
1 cup of Confectionary Sugar
Blueberry Marmalade-
1 cup of Blueberries
1 Tbsp of Cane Sugar
1 tsp of Corn Starch

Garden Quiche | Egg Quiche
In this video we made an amazing fresh egg quiche using ingredients right from our garden.
This was filmed, edited and created by C who is 14 and M who is 10. Mom helped with film and edit.
All of our videos are a labor of love and we enjoy creating good content.
Recipe:
Crust
2 cups flour
1 stick cold butter
pinch of salt
Pulse in processor and remove and roll into crust for your pan.
Filling
7-8 eggs
1/2 chopped onion
1 Rose of Sharon Flower and some leaves chopped
3 basil leaves chopped
salt and pepper
pinch of garlic salt or powder
1/2 cup chopped cherry tomato
Mix well and pour into your crust.
Bake 30-40 minutes at 375F .
Top with fresh parmesan cheese. Serve.

Zucchini Crumble Dessert
This video was made with ingredients fresh from our garden. Our garden is one of our favorite places to be in right now.
Cooking today was with M who is ten years old and filmed by mom.
Recipe-
8 cups sliced and peeled zucchini
2/3 cups lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teas nutmeg
1/2 teas cinnamon
2 sticks of grass-fed butter
4 cups organic unbleached flour
Mix the butter, flour, and sugar together with fork or food processor. Reserve 1/2 of this mixture to the side. Press remaining crumbs into 9X13 pan and bake 350 F for ten minutes .
COOL!
Place the zucchini and lemon juice in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until tender, add 1/2 cup sugar and spices , simmer for one minute, add 1/2 cup reserved crumbles. Stir well.
Remove and let cool and then pour over baked crust, press down , sprinkle top with cinnamon and return to oven for 25-30 minutes at 350F.
Top with whipped cream or ice cream.

Watermelon Chilled Soup | Award winning soup
A few years ago this recipe won the ZOUP national soup contest for best chilled soup entered. Unfortunately it was too fresh to get distribution into all their cafes . Enjoy and have some fun.
This is a prize winning soup.
Add more or less of what you enjoy the most.
Recipe-
5 or 6 organic tomato
1/2 red onion
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
2 cups watermelon diced
1 seedless cucumber
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1-2 fresh peaches
16 oz of water
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste.
Chop all veggies and fruits and add the spices and cilantro. Mix well and Add water, oil, and vinegar.
This soup tastes even better the next day and for best flavor- Chill for a couple hrs.
Serves 6

Chocolate Chip Cookies | Baking| How to make a cappuccino

FULL RECIPE-
2 cups of flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup unsalted melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 cups semi sweet choc chips
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line sheets with parchment paper,
Sift the dry ingredients and set aside and cream together the melted butter and sugars. Then beat in the vanilla and eggs. After it is mixed well add the dry ingredients and chocolate chips and stir in by hand or with a mixer.
Drop cookie dough per your preference size on baking sheets about 3 inches apart.
Bake 15-17 minutes.
Cool. Enjoy.....
