I thought I'd share the struggles that sometimes occur when you are out photographing. There are times when everything goes as planned and then there are the times when it just all goes down hill and stays there.

As you know I like soft focus pictures of old. This is an unmarked lens so I really don't know the year it was made but it's in the range of late 1800's to early 1900's. I hope to test it out tomorrow and find the focal length. It doesn't have a shutter or adjustable aperture.

Just a short video of the pictures I took with the F5 and Fomapan 100 when I was out for a walk.

Nothing too exciting, just some B-roll and a few pictures. I love going to this place but the restrictions of having to stay on the road limit the photos.

What do you see when you go to take pictures of birds or other wildlife, but none show up. These are some of the things I see and find peaceful as I sit waiting for anything to come along to photograph.

I ordered more paper and developer. This was the longest darkroom session to date, but I got them all printed.

Well I had some struggles with this one. It was pretty windy that day but didn't seem to affect the pictures. The darkroom was another story. I almost scrapped the whole video.

I found a good deal on a Nikon F5 so off I went to test it out. I'll have to get some proper slide film for the wildlife Photography, but in the mean time I have some Fomapan 100. I bought a new feeder for different seed. I just wanted to show that you don't have to go far to get good pictures, though I do like the quiet of walking through the forest away from the day to day rush.
