I decided on photos as you can always get much higher quality photos than a video . I personally don't see the big deal and think photographing thunderstorms are more fun and challenging.

I say 5 km - warm winter nigh. At Night you can see many restaurants with few people in them as well as the many Closed Business ! *Not an Endorsement or Against the Messaging of the rally !
