In this video I talk about how to stay grounded when there is so much happening to throw us off our centre. We recently saw how volatile things can be on Vancouver Island after a heavy rainfall. We don’t have to be moved each time a new crisis happens. We can stay in our own power and resist external influence. When we are stressed and off centre the body is more susceptible to illness and external pressures whether from the media, government or peers.
