The Black Swan Event That Will Pop The Housing Market's Bubble
“The Black Swan is the inevitable collapse in U.S. home prices” writes David Rosenberg, Chief Economist of Rosenberg Research, in a recent report. There's some data in his report that does seem to support his conclusion that the real estate bubble could pop, and soon.
Dan Pena, the Trillion Dollar Man, is convinced a Black Swan Event is imminent to disrupt the economy, and sooner rather than later.
Alex Karp, CEO of Palantir Technologies, is convinced, as well. But, that there could be MULTIPLE Black Swan events on the horizon.
Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and other companies, is a member of this club, but he is convinced that we’ll have much more than just the housing market to be concerned with when this Black Swan Event strikes!

The National Association of Realtors Research Group recently released its 2021 Vacation Home Counties Report, wherein it assessed the data for 323 counties identified as "vacation home counties" out of 3,143.
The researchers classify a county as a vacation home county if more than 20% of the locale's housing stock is for seasonal or occasional use.
