Belief systems are one of the biggest things passed down to you from your caregivers, aside from genetics. They can become the voices in our heads that keep us from realizing our greatness or that keep us stuck in old patterns or they can become the voice that says “YES, you can!” during troubling times. A lot of peoples conditioning has left them with the beliefs of : - “This is just the way life is” - “Life is not fair” - “Life is hard” - “It’s the same old crap, different day” - “You have to struggle” - “You have to work hard” - “You have to suffer here and then you can have your reward in heaven” Just to name a few… All of these belief systems that people have become entrenched with are keeping them from their enthusiasm in the here and now. They’re keeping them from feeling gratitude in their day to day. These belief systems are also taking these people out of life, they’re distracting us from the beauty of Life, and shortening our lifespan. People are holding on to all these little tensions within their bodies. However, if a person can slow down and notice what is happening inside of themselves, they can translate all the signals their bodies are communicating into what's stuck and what's returning. Once a person is able to do that, joy increases, enthusiasm increases, love increases. Imagine if your ability to give and receive love grows by 10, 20, 30, 50, 100x. What does that do to your life? What does that do to your bank account? What does that do to your relationship? What does that do to your health? Your body is constantly speaking to you and everyone around you. You can learn how to read its signals and unlock the secrets to reversing diseases and afflictions by paying attention to what it is that your body is expressing. Body Language can look like changes in breathing patterns around certain subjects, allergies, recurring back pains, joint issues, heart issues, just about anything you can think of and notice, whether it's painful or not. The deeper the affected area is in the body, the longer a person has been carrying that particular burden around with them. For example, if it gets into a really deep level such as the joints or ligaments, then the person has been carrying that “stuff” around for a long time. There were likely many other signals beforehand that were more mild, such as anxiety or stress or something else that they ignored. The body is such a powerful machine that if you continue to ignore the signals it sends you, the body will eventually create such a ruckus that the person has to address it. We can look at Fibromyalgia and how it affects the joints for an example of this. The fact that this symptom affects the body so deeply hints to a person beating themselves up and having something in their life that they are holding onto resentment about. Where symptoms show up in the body have as much to tell as how intense the symptoms are. For example, Arthritis on the right side of the body has to do with a male in your life, or your masculine side. Whereas the Left side is related to females or femininity. If it's affecting your hands, or feet, or head matters too. For example, if it affects the lower extremities that has to do with resentment about not being understood or not being able to move forward in life. The way your body is communicating with you can get very specific depending on where all the stuff is in the body. And likely, as soon as we begin to talk about the signals showing up in the body, we may begin making other hand gestures, or sneezing, coughing, burping, etc. completely unintentionally and it’ll communicate the story of where this problem originated and what was involved with it. Coaches need coaching too. Find out how your inner work can propel your coaching career. In our society there are so many tools, techniques, softwares and coachings available to us. There are tons of different things that we can get and technologies we can put in place and people we can rely on to help us try to expand our businesses or generate more income. These are all outside of us and they have their function. However, until we’ve gone in deep and really started to do “the work” to recognize our core being, our coaching businesses will hit a peak and then stagnate. Why? Because the world is a reflection of us. Everything going on inside of you is being reflected, in some way shape or form, in what you see on the big screen of life. This reflection includes your intimate life, your business life, your community and even your world. This reflective rule applies to everyone, even coaches, mentors, teachers, and experts. If you've been struggling in expanding your coaching business, feel into how that struggle to expand may be a reflection of a roadblock within you. If you're in a session where you are in the coaching seat, you also need to remember that this man or woman in front of you being coached is also reflecting you. Meaning, you also could have your own story that the folks who come into your space are playing out for you. Ask yourself if you have a story going on which they’re voicing for you. Do you say things like what they are expressing? Or do you ask yourself the same kinds of questions as they do? Or maybe you have hatred for a similar situation? Ask yourself what story you have running, about the certain subject matter you and your client choose to speak of. Getting others out of their stories involves recognizing that we are all glorious beings of light, who are reflecting one another. If you get out of the guru chair, where you share your great advice and you're the expert, you can apply your own training and inner exercise to coach yourself, while you also coach your clients. It’s so much more fun to actually be playing in the sessions, as opposed to just being the expert and sharing your head knowledge. How do we help a client when they are completely lost in their story? What is a surefire way to disrupt and redirect a client's thought process so we can transform the emotions and unlock something great? The first thing for you to do as a coach or mentor is to stop the train. Disrupt the story. When we repeat our story over and over again, all that energy we’re putting into solidifying our version of things, and our pain and our hurts, works to program the subconscious. In doing so, all the words we end up saying end up perpetuating the very story we’ve got running in our minds. The story of this happened because I was a victim to so and so perpetrator, or this happened because I'm powerless, or this happened because I'm unworthy of love. These hidden decrees solidify in our minds and become true over and over and over again until we can disrupt that thought process. It’s important to stop the role playing that has become truth to your client. And it can be uncomfortable. It can be a little jarring. But when coaching is your job, if you’re just listening to people’s stuff there can be some value in that service, but it's really more like babysitting. It’s like nursing someone along. If you’re looking to be a legendary coach and to really stick out, you’re going to stop your client because it's how you have true impact. It’s up to you to be perceptive and have the courage to risk an unfavorable response, because it might come. They might be agitated. But at the end of the day, that honesty and support and fight for your highest version is what your clients are paying you for. #transformation #disrupt #healing

There are so many coaching modalities to choose from... Why is sympathy free coaching more productive than the standard counseling you would find at a brick and mortar? At EncompassLIFE, we often work in small group environments. Meaning, we can really show people what we’re doing. In our workshops, we educate and help people see what embodiment looks like. Our goal is for you to eventually be able to do what we can do. Why? Because really, we’re only so many people. And if we’re going to change the world, we need your help too. If you go out and share the things you've learned with your world, we can work together to create lasting change. It’s not going to be accomplished through just us doing it, it's gonna be us empowering you and you then empowering your world. Our coaching also looks different in different circumstances. With one-on-one coaching, it’s going to look different depending on where the client is in their journey. If it's the first time we talk to that man or woman, we’ll recognize the opportunity to give them a little bit of context in order to reveal to them why we speak the way that we speak, or why what they're doing isn't working, etc. By jumping into a loving teacher role, we can bypass any assumptions about this work that a person might make based on their prior experiences. Then by acknowledging that we once felt that way too, and sharing with our clients things that have been really effective for us, we help our clients to move forward, from a place of empowerment. We do this because we are so respectful of you, of your divine self, that the best way for us to serve you is to give you tools that are going to work for you for a long time. Venting may be holding you back rather than helping. How do our words about past events affect our current and future realities? First, recognize that what you’re saying, you’re perpetuating. When we vent, we are giving energy to the past. We are giving events that already happened, that we didn’t like in the first place, attention by complaining about it or constantly thinking about it and replaying it over and over. Venting will re-energize the feelings brought up from this circumstance. It puts energy back in and then locks it into place by emphasizing those words and feelings all over again. We must remember that every word we say has an impact on our subconscious, on the field around us. We are producing with our words. At first, it may feel good to express and let it all out, which does have its benefits. But, when we start repeating our hurt over and over, that venting becomes the new programming language of our subconscious. It will train our subconscious to focus on complaint, and outcomes you don't want rather than outcomes you do desire. As coaches, mentors or loved ones, if we know someone who is caught up in their story, we get to interrupt, with as much love as we can. Sometimes it can be more direct because they’re bringing it back to life and going the opposite direction of healing. When we can remember to speak life into our world, and regain our focus, not only will solutions flow abundantly but our creativity and vitality will also expand. #whereyourthoughtsgoyourenergyflows #biohacking #complaining ENCOMPASSLIFE.COM

Often if we choose not to judge a situation as wrong and give sympathy, our client/loved one/mentee will respond in anger. So, how do we navigate raised tempers, while still showing up fully for our people? Firstly, let's address our response to anger. If I as a coach or mentor have concern about my client getting angry, I will prevent myself from telling the truth. That’s the first and foremost thing. I’m now in a codependent relationship with them, because I am worried about them feeling anger. If I have any withdrawal or hold back about them experiencing anger then I’m giving up my authority. The second thing to know is, if you understand the scale of emotional harmonics and how it works, which is big here at EncompassLIFE, sometimes bringing a client to the awareness that they’re asking for sympathy will move them through it. Just that awareness can be enough for them to wake up and change their situation. However, if that's not the case, and the lack of sympathy gives rise to anger, the anger will build. Anger acts like fuel. When knowing this, you can also intentionally put fuel on the fire. Why? Because when the client/loved one/etc. can fully experience this emotion, the anger acts like fuel to get them through the pain, back into enthusiasm. This is why the scale of emotional harmonics can be such a powerful tool. If my client or loved one gets angry, it is important for me to remember that their anger is not mine. An angry response on their part does not mean I did something wrong. In fact, oftentimes it means I am exactly on track with where their greatness is. I’m pushing a button for them, and when they have the courage to stay, their greatness will pop through the other side. #sympathy #anger #codependence ENCOMPASSLIFE.COM

You've been coaching for a while, but you managed to plateau in your business growth. What can you be doing differently to accelerate your intake and be the coach that everyone wants to go to? A lot of coaches can easily coach others but experience stuck feelings and stagnancy in their own lives. What's important to remember is to take your coaching and apply it to your own life too. And do so quickly so you can get your upgrades as well! Stay mindful as you do this. As soon as you make a shift or something changes, stay conscious and find out what you did. What inside you created a new round of existing in the exterior world? What did you change inside you? How did you change your language? How did you change your feelings? What did you change in your interior world that changed something on the exterior? Otherwise even if you’re still making upgrades, you are still going through life unconsciously. So as you begin to be able to document all those things inside you, you’re: A. Going to increase your level of self-confidence as a coach B. Going to increase your boldness of manifestation C.
