Keep in mind, you can not reverse this, once you decide to go forward, there is no turning back. But, I would have to guess if you reset the pc to factory, the pc would be placed back into s-mode, but, I am just guessing and will test this later. What is S-Mode? S-Mode is Microsoft's way to, once, force you to use there browser and maybe firefox as that is downloadable from the Microsoft store. But if you want Google, you have to say goodbye to S-mode. Also, if you need to run command from CMD, or use other administrative tools, many of them are blocked to prevent anything from tampering with the system. That is great for those of you that just get online to use facebook and do some banking. But not so good for those that need to install special programs

When it comes to CPU, just about any dual core processor will work for at home workers that just perform data entry, zoom meetings, and much more. But, if you are using applications such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, you might want to consider looking at processors that have 4 cores or more. RAM: Nothing less than 8 gigs period. Aim for the RAM with the highest MHz. Realistically, if you can afford to go with 16, that is definitely a plus. As I have aforementioned, if you are using photo or video editing software, no less than 16 gigabytes, and I would suggest more if you can swing it. But, 16 should be enough for most people. Keep in mind, that RAM and CPU selection can be made more difficult, but, for general users, just about any combination will work. This definitely is not intended for Gamers. Computer Not Starting, No Lights, After Battery Died or Power Outage? ****** Please Subscribe, Like, & Comment *********** Before Bringing your pc to a repair shop please try this one trick. Traditionally, users would be able to hold the power button to do a hard reset and the computer would reboot, and usually work fine. Or, users would be able to unplug everything, hold power button for 30 seconds and the computer would reboot. Unfortunately, with the new fast boot implemented by Microsoft, and that actually prevents your computer from a complete shutdown clearing your data. I find more times than not, you need to hold the power button for over 60 secs while unplugged. Give it a shot, I think many of you will be surprised. Thanks for Watching!! :)
